I no longer take My Family Pets to North Valley Hospital in Fort Mojave. Kingman Animal Hospital is Awesome and Amazing. They Treat Us All Like Family. Nothing Beats Thier Customer Service. Very Professional and Proficient. Reasonable Prices and Knowledgeable Staff.

This Animal Hospital is the Worse place I've ever heard or witnessed their agenda. They don't care about the animal (your family member). All they care about is the money they can get from you or anybody who donates money to keep ur family member alive. My Best friend Sara Dryer n her Daughter Serenity Dryer took Serenity's service dog, (her baby), Baby Girl to this Animal hospital all to b told baby girl had to have surgery. In order for the Dr to do the surgery they had to come up with $1000 more dollars on top of over the $600 Sara gave them that night. So Sara started looking for donations to keep Baby Girl alive. Mind you the vet gav her a breakdown of the bill that it would cost to go thru with Baby Girls treatment. Sara was able to get almost $3000 Together from her n her husband n many of donations. One lady sent $1000 directly to the vet along with other donations. All for Baby Girl not to make it. They never returned the money that was to go towards Baby Girls account. This Animal Hospital is out for your last dollar not what's best for your animals needs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER (YOUR ANIMAL) TO KINGMAN ANIMAL HOSPITAL FOR THEM TO CARE FOR YOUR FAMILY MEMBER. If u have to get donations plz have the donators send it directly to you. Due to Baby Girl not making it the money donated is staying in the Vets hands. THIS IS MORALLY WRONG!! I was by Sara n Serenity's side thru this disaster. Serenity's heart is very broken all to the greed of money!! This is happening to a lot of ppl at this moment being robbed of their last dollar n donations. Please help us Boycott this Business!! DO NOT USE KINGMAN ANIMAL HOSPITAL FOR ANY OF YOUR PETS, YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS NEEDS PLEASE! IF YOU DONATE FOR AN ANIMAL DONT GIVE IT DIRECTLY TO THE VET PLEASE I PLEAD WITH YOU GIVE IT TO THE OWNERS SO YOU KNOW YOUR MONEY IS BEING USED FOR WHAT YOU DONATED IT FOR. NOW MY FRIENDS HAVE TO PAY BACK THE PPL WHO DONATED BECAUSE KINGMAN ANIMAL HOSPITAL KEPT EVERY LAST DIME. EVEN MADE SARA PAY ANOTHER $250 JUST TO HAVE BABY GIRLS CREMATED AND GET HER REMAINS. WHICH THEY STILL HAVE NOT GIVEN BABY GIRL BCK YET!! VERY IN HUMANE BUSINESS!! MONEY HUNGRY IS ALL THEY HAVE IN MIND!!

I called vets in Lake Havasu City and they all told me they were booked weeks out, that is crazy when you have a pet in pain.

I genuinely believed her dental disease was causing these symptoms, and as a pet owner, I trusted the veterinarian to determine whether there was something more serious going on. Bella barely ate because of her bad tooth, so I agreed to the dental procedure hoping it would help her regain weight and energy. Instead, her condition continued to worsen. Looking back, nearly all of the symptoms I was worried about were ultimately caused by a parasitic infection that another veterinarian later diagnosed and treated. What is frustrating is that I am not a veterinarian. I brought Bella in specifically because I did not know what was causing her symptoms. I trusted that a trained professional would investigate why my cat was losing weight and becoming lethargic. Instead, I was left believing her dental issues were the cause while the actual problem went untreated. When I finally sought care elsewhere, the parasite was identified and treated, and Bella improved. As a pet owner, it is difficult to understand how the symptoms that concerned me most were not recognized or investigated sooner. I don't expect perfection from any veterinarian, but I do expect a veterinarian to look beyond one problem and consider the whole animal. My experience left me feeling that Bella's declining condition was not taken seriously enough, and I hope other pet owners ask questions and seek a second opinion if they feel their concerns are not being addressed.

She and the entire team helped us navigate the challenges of caring for a diabetic cat, and every staff member has treated us with kindness and patience. Vet care can be expensive when you're living on Social Security, so we were especially grateful for the senior discount they offer. It truly made a difference. Recently, we had to bring Beggar in for another emergency visit. Dr. Veronica gently explained that he had only weeks to live due to cancer. We were faced with the heartbreaking decision to let him go. Dr. Veronica and the staff were incredibly compassionate--no pressure, no rushing--just honest answers and support as we tried to understand what Beggar would go through if we took him home. About a week later, we received a card from them that was so thoughtful it brought us to tears all over again. You won't find a better veterinary team. We highly recommend them.

I can't give a rating on…read morehow they treated our dog because he didn't live through the weekend that we left him in their care, but I will write a review on how they handled the situation after. We got a call Saturday July 5th, 2025, around 9am that our dog had died an HOUR earlier. We rushed over to the facility and David Torres, who I assume is the owner or lead trainer, told us that our Frenchie had breathing complications and died. Not in the heat but in the air-conditioned area that they kept the dogs in. It made no sense to me because our dog would sleep with us every night in an AC controlled room. I asked to see the security footage because I wanted to rule out negligence on their part. David told me he would get the footage and asked if I could return later. I told him I wouldn't leave until I saw it with my own eyes. After a few hours David came back and said he needed to wait for their IT tech to return to retrieve any footage. My wife and I were furious and didn't know what to do since we were staying in town for the holiday weekend. David then offered to have our dog cremated locally but we refused. He also insisted and provided a WRITTEN PROMISE to provide us with ANY puppy we wanted. At the moment we didn't want to hear anything about another dog. We went to the store to buy a cooler and placed our Frenchie inside and started a 5-hour drive back home in silence. We were able to get him cremated locally by our home and David said he would take care of the bill. We paid out of pocket and sent David the receipt. David then promised he would mail out a check, but after almost 3 weeks nothing came. We had to reach out again, and a check finally arrived a few days later. After a few weeks of back and forth, David sent a message that EVERY camera that covered the area where our dog was staying had malfunctioned and had no footage of the incident AT ALL. It became extremely difficult to believe that no negligence had occurred after this... Back in December 2025 my wife and I were still feeling the emptiness in our home. We had gotten our Frenchie shortly after getting married. Since we have no children, our dog filled that void at times. I spoke to my wife about getting another dog and I remembered the written promise David made. I reached out to David and let him know what my wife and I wanted to get a puppy to be a family of three once again. He confirmed he received our request and we let him know we wanted an Australian Shepherd. Weeks went by and there were never any solid leads. He offered us an Australian Cattle Dog but I didn't want to accept that only because it was convenient. If we were going to get another dog, we wanted to be able to choose him, not have it forced on us. This is where things became very frustrating. For almost 5 weeks there was no response from David. Not only until I cc'd the support email did I get a response from David a few days later. He casually brought up that he had been in Texas for a month. I understand that for a business owner, something that happened months ago may not be a priority, but for my wife and I, it's something we get reminded of every day when we see our dog's toys in the laundry room. David then confirmed that they would most likely not be able to find us a dog and offered us $500 as an alternative. My wife and I were so tired of dragging this on that we agreed to the $500 so we could save up and get our own dog. David asked for my home address, which he would have had from the cremation check, and confirmed he would mail out a check via FedEx or UPS. Here we are 2 WEEKS LATER still with NO UPDATE from David or the support email. If you have a good relationship with this facility great. But if you're in town and looking for a place to entrust your pets consider another facility. The way David handled this situation was beyond unprofessional. I was hesitant to write this review because I wanted to give David the benefit of the doubt, but I guess it doesn't really matter to him. If anyone from the team responds to this review before the list of unanswered emailed it would just further my point of unprofessionalism.
