I've never been to Valley Plaza and at first I thought the entrance was for a supermarket and incorrectly drove by. There's a small parking lot in the front and a much larger parking lot in the back that I would recommend. I came in on a weekday afternoon and was immediately able to be seen. Both watches I had required battery changes and resizing for my wrist. Service was very fast and he was able to first disassemble both watches to confirm that their internal pieces were working (as they were both older) prior to charging me for any battery swaps and alterations which felt both very honest and like great service. He resized both watches very quickly and when one piece on the fashion watch I brought accidentally broke off, he immediately fixed it up for me. I'd give him 50 stars if I could! My very expensive Philippe Chariol watch started acting up. It ran and kept time perfectly as long as I WASN'T WEARING IT! When I put it on it would run for a day or two, then quit. One local jeweler changed the battery - same thing. Then he changed the inside works for lots of money. Same thing. Left it with another jeweler, it ran perfectly on his workbench, but not when I put it on. I found Steve on a fluke - I don't live anywhere near his store, but thank goodness. In five minutes, he had the watch apart and determined that the inside works were wrong, he put in the correct one (for less money), that was months ago and my watch still keeps perfect time. The only place to go to for watch repairs. Had a Rolex that I thought needed a new clasp so I went to another place and was quoted $750 and a 2-3 week repair time which I thought was ridiculous and then went to Watch the Time after. Steve is always super nice to clients It's my second time fixing my watches in the past few years since I've gotten many watches and every time I've got issues with my watches I go to him! He always gives a fair low price and does excellent watch fixing. He doesn't over charge u like most places do! The first time few years ago I came to him after I been to two different places that over charged me to fix one of my watches and after few days the watch stopped working again (cause they did a bad job) and then told me it's not possible to fix. So I came to Steve (this was the first time) and he fixed it in like five minutes he saved my watch which I had much sentiment too this watch cause it was a gift from my friend that's passed away. When u walk in to his store you will see what a humble nice guy he is that really knows what he is talking about. Today I was there again to fix to watches , he fixed them and I was super happy he did it in minutes and the price I paid was super fair and low compared to other places out there. If I could give Watch The Time 10 STARS, I absolutely would! I've been a customer of Steve's shop since 2014 (after my neighbor/friend, Doreen, recommended him to me). I'm kind of a "watchaholic", so I'm always needing either sizing, a battery, a new crystal, or something for one of my many watches. I discovered a pretty vintage watch on eBay that seemed like a great buy, but it wasn't working upon arrival. So I naturally assumed it just needed a new battery. Steve replaced the battery, but it didn't seem to help. He then tested the battery - and it was fine. Steve tried a few things to get the watch to work, then told me the motor was no good, and needed to be replaced. The cost was reasonable, he got a new motor and installed it by the following day...and I just LOVE my new vintage watch! A big "Thank you" to Steve, at Watch The Time!!!
