Wow! So happy to have found this place! Have a Tissot and Omega that needed some love and didn't want to just send them anywhere. Thank goodness for Steve! The highlights: He's very honest, repaired both watches quickly, and at very good prices. The details: Knew the Omega needed full maintenance (taken apart, cleaned, reassembled and calibrated) and at first, we were a little hesitant. Were we really going to have our expensive watches fixed inside a grocery store?? Hell yes! Steve is amazing! (And to be fair, his store is outside the grocery store in yes "mall" part with a few other shops. ) He sent a picture with all the pieces laid out so we could see it was actually taken apart and cleaned. I thought the Tissot was going to need the same treatment because I had never had it serviced and the crown was always a bit stuck. Steve could have just taken my money and pretended to do the same treatment as the Omega (which the other places I called were totally happy to do). Instead he was honest! He opened up the watch, told me everything was clean, oiled the crown and replaced the battery. He explained that since my watch was a quartz/battery and not automatic, the motor was basically "disposable". You don't take it all apart like the Omega and service it. If the motor is broken, you have to throw out the old motor and replace it. But he said that everything looked good inside (no corrosion) so we just started with a battery replacement. Well, the poor little watch motor was actually kaput. Steve ordered a new motor and replaced it in 5 mins. Fixing the crown, replacing the motor and battery and resizing it was less than half of what others had quoted to "do a full maintenance" on my watch. My husband and I are back to being able to wear our favorite watches and have Steve to thank for that! If you need any watch repaired, do not hesitate! Steve is absolutely your guy! read more

THIS GUY IS THE BEST OF THE BEST. I would not go to anyone else in the Valley. The shop is located inside of a market. He is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond. I brought in my Ingersoll watch to have the hands and case swapped and not only did he do that, he also cleaned the hairspring free of charge and even glued down my crystal because it was a bit loose. When it came time to pay for all the work he had done, he charged me an incredibly reasonable price, lower than I thought it would be, and when I was a couple of bucks short he said it was no problem. Steve is not only friendly but he is super honest-if your item cannot be fixed, he will tell you. Not sure if you item works-if you buy a battery and then need repair he takes into account the price of the battery. His batteries have always been affordable. He has an amazing selection of watches and clocks in his store. Yes, parking is a mess but it is not his fault and there is always a space. This is one of those special small businesses that has been around forever and is a true gem. My late grandmother's antique handmade coo-coo clock was broken, and Steve was able to fix it and then teach me how to use it in 15 minutes, and refused to ever charge me even after I insisted. Been coming here for battery replacement and watch repair. He charges $20 for battery for high end watches but in general I think some are just $10. I have some tag that needs repairs and he was able to replace a motor for one, replace the lock on a few other pieces as a well as gasket and other accessories that other places may charge too high for. He can get original replacement so it's really worth it to bring your timepiece here. He will give you a quote prior to ordering the parts so you know exactly what you're paying for. Went in to get TAG Heuer Link battery replacement done I was able to get done within minutes compared to actually going to a Tag shop to get it done where there would be a 1-2+ day turnaround. Great experience. Steve was fast and friendly. He opened my old marine clock and evaluated it on the spot. He cleaned the clock at no charge. Even though it was clear that the balance wheel staff was broken and would require a hard to find part, he helped take care of my old wind-up. The shop is inside the small indoor mall attached to the Valley Produce market. There is good parking in the back, and you can enter the mall through the double doors to the right of the market.
