The technician from the plumbing company they hired used a device that created a hole in a two-inch cast-iron pipe by accident. The result of that hole was Category 3 water leaking into our kitchen ceiling causing harm to our floor, walls, cabinets and lots of dry wall. Miren happened to be in the area working on another project, not related to this one, for our upstairs neighbor. He was there immediately to assess our situation. We signed an agreement for Miren and his team at All-Water based on recommendations and his reviews the next day. On Friday July 31st his team was at our home removing flooring, tearing out soiled drywall, installing dehumidifiers and fans to start the solution to the accident/our problem. I am writing this review on September 19th and our project is 100% finished. I am VERY particular when it comes to quality and communication. All-Water did not disappoint. Miren was at our home many times making sure his workers were on top of things. I want to give a special thank you to Caleb, Rah and Ethan. The workers always let me know what their agenda was that day and when they left, they let me know what time they were returning and what their plan was for the next day. He was right on time the next morning to provide a free estimate, and he took the time to thoroughly explain the process, answering all of our questions without making us feel rushed. His entire team we encountered was also wonderful: kind, respectful of our home, and genuinely helpful. Communication was solid throughout the project as well so we were never left guessing. It's worth noting that the estimate we received was slightly higher than some of the other quotes we looked at, but their prompt emergency service and professionalism felt well spent. While I hope we don't have another water leak in the future, I would certainly consider Miron and his team again!

Victor had completely gone ballistic on us but reluctantly agreed to paint the door. This was to be done and not new thing added to his scope of work. He simply slapped on a single coat of paint, no primer no protection. We are in the process of painting the entire door again as the paint is now peeling and was informed by the team working on it now that the priming and protective coating was never applied. I am really disappointed as I was sure they took pride in their work, which is clearly not the case.

Nathan was very apologetic about the delay and his team worked hard to make sure the job was completed by late afternoon. He even offered me $100 off because of the inconvenience, although I ultimately chose to pay the full amount. A few days later, Nathan came back to follow up on the work and investigate further. He suspected that the water damage might extend to the other side of the wall, where we had previously experienced a roof leak. He was right--there was water damage underneath the baseboards/studs in the adjoining bedroom. Nathan sent his team back out a second time to remediate the other room. It was a long and involved process to properly clean and treat the area, but I'm very glad he took the extra time to investigate instead of simply considering the original job finished. Although the initial delay was frustrating, Nathan really made up for it by being thorough, responsive, and committed to making sure the underlying problem was addressed.
