    Miren, Miren, Miren! TLDR: Miren is the industry leading standard of customer service, attention to detail, and all things water restoration. Do not hesitate or look any further, this man deserves your business! [High Level Full Story Below vvv ] As first time new homeowners, we got sucked into the house buying frenzy and did not think too much about the potential problems that laid underneath due to the quick flip renovation. Around May 2022 (Approx. 5 months since living), I got out of the shower and immediately heard a water "sploosh" sound when I stepped on my laminate wood floor. After calming down from a sudden panick, I recalled my prior supervisor having gone through a similar situation and recommend Miren from All-Water Restoration. I contacted Miren on a Friday and he came out for an initial moisture reading test the following Monday. Not only was he patient, but I really appreciated his ability to calm us down, explain how home insurance works, the nuances about reimbursement, moving out procedures, and most importantly, his assurance that he'd take care of us like family! After signing the paperwork and moving forward with the situation as an "emergency," this expedited the process to get the work started immediately. While I may not remember the dates, the order was as followed: Get a claim number from home insurance, run moisture meter test to identify affected wet areas, locate source of leak via leak detection, open up drywall with Viking Environmental, stop/repair leak (owners expense), remove all floors to completely dry out, repaire all drywall, install moisture barrier, replace flooring and baseboards and voila! I will say that what took our situation longer is that we opted in to pay extra to not only replumb/redrain our house, but also opt in for full bathroom remodels and even a fumigation (additional owners expense) The AMAZING PART about Miren is his patience, ability to multi-task/ multi-coordinate, willingness to compromise, humble, communicative, and most importantly, very very knowledgeable. He comes from 10+ years in the home renovation business so he knows quality craftsmanship, hand selects his crew, and DOES NOT CUT CORNERS FOR A QUICK BUCK. Our process took a total of 5 months, but factors that affected the timeline were material shipping delays, claims adjuster taking forever to respond, and all the extra side projects we took on. So in reality, he's a lot faster than you think, but he still wants to ensure that at the end of the day, you as the end user is fully satisfied. I cannot thank Miren enough for how he has blessed our home and made it both beautiful and functional again. I pray that you never have to experience a situation like this, but should this happen to you or a loved one, please instill your full trust onto Miren and team.

    Can't recommend Miren at All Water Restoration enough for any moisture damage or mold inspection issues you may have. I am having moisture issues with my concrete slab and had Miren out to help diagnose the issue. He was responsive, punctual, and efficient. He was equipped with the right tools which showed that section of my concrete may be compromised and provided recommendations on how I should proceed with addressing the issue. You can tell he is genuinely invested in helping his customers. Definitely won't hesitate reaching out to him in the future for any water damage issues!

    I had a shower pan leak in our master bathroom which unfortunately damaged our wood flooring and dry wall of our bedroom. I originally called a few other water restoration companies but none of them gave me a clear plan of what I needed to do. It wasn't until Miren reached out to me and asked me about all the details of the damage. He came out within 24 hours and gave his assessment. He advised us to file an insurance claim, which we did and he guided us through the entire process. I can't explain the amount of stress that went away with his assistance. None of the other water restoration companies put in remotely the amount of effort that Miren did. At the end, we had to replace the wood flooring of our entire house and two bathroom showers and vanities. There were a few hiccups, but Miren was able to resolve them and the end result was fanstastic. The project would have cost $70K+, but thankfully Miren was able to help us through the insurance process and everything was covered. I have already recommended him to others that had water damage and will continue to do so. Trust that you will be in good hands with Miren.

I chose Ready Restore based on their great reviews, and I'm so glad I did. Not only were they incredibly fast, neat, and clean, but they were outstanding at communicating with my parents about what needed to be done every step of the way. That's honestly the main reason I wanted to leave this review. Daniel or Larry kept me updated throughout the entire process with detailed explanations, progress updates, and photos of the work being done. Even though they had already explained everything to my parents, they still took the time to make sure I fully understood everything as well. They were patient, professional, and reassuring during a very stressful situation. Because I couldn't be there in person, that level of communication meant everything to both me and my parents. The final result turned out great, and we couldn't be happier. We will never call anyone else from here on out. Highly recommend Ready Restore.

I came across World Restoration and read so many wonderful reviews that I gave them a shot. It was by far the best experience. Keith was the main person I spoke with to set up a day for Jim to get out here and take a look at our situation. Keith also helped with giving us references for lead and Aspesos testing companies. He checked in on us so kindly to see if we had further questions. He was So friendly and helpful. Jim came out to our home and checked out the area that needed to get treated. He was also very friendly and explained everything they would need to do to get things done and completed. He was patient with me about all my questions. They were so patient with us as we needed to wait on some testing that we had to complete due to the year our home was built. Thankfully everything came out negative and the crew was scheduled to come out to our home. The crew that came with Jim were prompt, efficient and friendly. They really did a great job at taking care of the area to ensure the there were no leaks or mold growth behind our walls. Once the project was complete, I needed help finding a drywall company and Kieth referred me to a few. This company is so friendly and helpful and will explain to you what needs to be done, and will answer all your questions. They also have a great price! I strongly recommend World Restoration.

If you're not, expect lack of communication, any communication is a "miscommunication", and expect a hefty bill with "creative invoicing". I'm all about saving a buck but at the cost of MY premiums & integrity, no thanks. $300 for some friend plumber to create a fake report to send to insurances. INSANE. Never mind the absolute lack of care for your items when they pack them up. I had my succulent plants thrown in with all my jewelry & bathroom items. Absolutely could've and would've love to pack them up myself and put my plants outside if they listened to our request to not start on Friday and to reschedule to Monday. My partner & I were at work as their team entered my home by telling our roommate they were supposed to be there. Ask for an itemized invoice? Crickets. Try to talk about issues? Deflected to the other 3rd company parties they work with while in your house. I asked over and over for an invoice, gave my email multiple times, nothing. Just to get called 4 days before they decided to consider me late by their AR department. 17,000 in 4 days?! (Master bed) Luckily, Zach (their AR team member) was easy to work with and I was able to have an extra week to pull funds. There are so many more details - I will gladly post our text messages and videos (I have cameras in/out). ** Look at EVERYTHING they make you sign, when they hand you an iPad with only a signature window up & they say oh, that's just x document, ask to see that document first. I asked for an estimate over & over to be told they don't do those they just bill your insurance, just to find out I signed some mysterious 20,000 estimate? Absolutely not, especially when they told me it would be around $8,000 if I paid myself and not go through insurance. He explained I was signing a promise to pay if my insurance doesn't cover and a 3 days before quit contract if I change my mind. * An honest company wouldn't remove or report their 1 star reviews for removal - there is a reason they don't want you to see what others are saying.

I called Janny late Thursday night and her technician Marco came out early the next morning to assess the problems and figure out a solution. Roberto and the crew came out that same day and began work to dry and fix all the water damage. We have a new baby with respiratory issues and was very worried about tje situation. But, the guys did a great job isolating and containing the areas they were working on to avoid any dust and debris. They were all friendly, efficient, and very considerate to our needs. We really appreciate their professionalism. A few days later they did a final inspection to ensure there was no more moisture and by the end of the weekend everything was repaired as if nothing happened. The Restoration 1 team did an amazing job and so thankful for their quick and immediate response. They are truly the team to call when in need and highly recommend them Thank you so much to Janny and the Restoration 1 family!

So, this is what to look out for, and the receipts to prove it: 1. TWIST FACTS/CHANGE NARRATIVE: - 6/1 "At no point did our team request that you provide materials..." - 5/21 "Please feel free to forward over the hygienist report and any other information necessary to help generate the remediation estimate." (They did indeed ask for materials but are now saying they didn't.) ___ 2. DEFLECT/IGNORE THE ISSUE RAISED -Dana "I've sent 3 emails to your 1 email..." -Janny "...if you are unwilling to provide results..." -Dana "I'm not unwilling. You just never asked. Why did it take this long to tell me that?" (My issue is their lack of communication, but she deflects to a story about me refusing asbestos testing, when in fact that conversation never happened.) ___ 3. DELAYED COMMUNICATION/NON-RESPONSIVE -- 5/21 Janny: "Please feel free to forward over the hygienist report...". --5/21 Dana:" They're attached, along with link to a few pics." (NO response) --5/27 Dana: "Please get it back to me...at your earliest opportunity." (NO response) --6/1 Dana: "Janny, are you getting my messages?" (NO response) --6/1 Dana (via Yelp): "...the lack of communication is very frustrating. It worries me that this is an indicator to what it's likely working with Restoration1." --6/4 Janny Yelp response "When you contacted our office approximately 1 week later" (2 weeks--not 1--and 5 emails/messages later, I finally get a response) ___ 4. CONTRADICT THEMSELVES --Janny: "You expressed to us on May 22nd that you did not want to proceed with testing" --Then her review says "Following the intial appointment [May 22nd] our office...left you a VM. Unfortunately we were unable to connect" (Here she says we talked, but her review contradicts her own statement) ___ 5. MISINFORMED, ARGUMENTATIVE, AND ACCUSATORY LANGUAGE --Misinformed/Accusatory: "You expressed to us that you didn't want to proceed with testing your property" --Accusatory/Argumentative: "If you are unwilling to provide results...we cannot proceed to assist any further" (Janny's tone is starkly different from most vendors'. They'd likely pose as a question--"Are you willing to" "I believe you expressed", --not an accusation.) Because of this, I'm changing my 2-star review to 1 star. But to be fair, this is just my experience. They do have great reviews, so you may have a better experience (if you decide to use them). Below is the original rating before this update: ____________________________________________________________ 6/3/2026 This is the email that I sent to Restoration1: "Hi Janny, I've sent 3 emails to your 1 email. And your 1 email was asking for materials I already provided. I was so impressed with your estimator's expertise and willingness to answer all of my questions that I likely wanted to use Restoration1, but the lack of communication is very frustrating. It worries me that this is an indicator to what it's likely working with Restoration1. The estimator came out May 21st. It's June 1st. Can you tell me what's going on with my estimate?" Their utter lack of follow-through was incredibly frustrating because I was super impressed with the estimator's professionalism, friendliness, and expertise. 1. The estimator came out May 27. 2. After a week I reached out. 2. Janny responded by asking for docs I already sent 3. I gave it to her again. 4. Then crickets... 6. I emailed a 3rd time for updates. No response. 7. I emailed again + messaged on Yelp 8. They finally responded saying I had refused asbestos testing, which they require. 9. I said I never refused because nobody informed me until 3 weeks in. So they asked for docs already provided (why ask for docs if asbestos was an issue?), did nothing for 3 weeks, said I refused asbestos testing, which wasn't true, and that I would've agreed to do the testing had I been informed, Janny's response was judgmental and rude. And the overall communication--or lack thereof--I received from Janny was misinformed, argumentative, accusatory, and rude. Had they told me about the asbestos testing requirement I would have complied. But, if my experience thus far was any indication of how it would be working with them, I decided to pass. I think I saved myself a lot of headache. Buyer beware.
