Tom and his team were exceptional! My well pump failed over the weekend with two children at home. I called over to WFS and they had an employee meet with me at the shop to purchase the equipment I needed after normal business hours. They gave me instructions on what I needed to do, and we had water back on in a few hours. A few weeks later my filter/ softener system failed. I had installed this unit nine years prior purchased from Home Depot. WFS came out to my house, tested the water and in a few days had a new kit system custom built and ready for me to install. They have a great inventory of parts, so I didn't need to shop around for fittings and glad for the well pump they recommend, our water pressure has increased. Don't hold your breathe! The customer service from this guy is ridiculous! Went to see him to have our water evaluated then he told us everything we need to do since we live in a townhouse condo. We did as he asked and tried to get the ball rolling with Tom. Never returned calls only would text but with vague responses. Finally after a month and half an appointment was made but cancelled on the day of the visit because Cape Cod traffic (even though he would be traveling against the traffic- Lakeville to Stoughton). If you're looking for great customer service - stay far far away from Tom! We went with a well known company on the North Shore with great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. read more

Could not have asked for better service from this company. We bought a house last March that has given us nothing but issues with the water- it turned everything orange and stained several appliances. Tom and his crew worked with us for over a year trying to find a solution to our rare and complicated well issues. They tried numerous different systems, testing, and reached out to experts all over New England - who were themselves stumped- until a solution was finally found.
