Ryan gave me a quote that was significantly better than some other local companies, and was able to come out and fix it immediately. They promised they'd be there at 7am and be done by 3 the next day - and they held to their word! They came out, relined my sewer, installed a clean out, and covered up the hole by 3pm, even hauling away the big rocks they dug up. They did such a great job that I just hired them to repipe all the plumbing in my crawl space and yet again, they gave me a super reasonable bid and were 100% true to their word. This time a crew of 2 younger guys came out - they were extremely polite, got the job done in the time promised, and cleaned up and were on their way out in a day! Plumbing issues are a massive pain in the butt but these guys do live up to their names - they made the whole thing EASY. Every single employee I have interacted with from Liz in the office, Ryan giving bids, and now 3 other service guys have been amazing - super friendly and kind. This even includes the guy who came out at 7pm on a Sunday to clear the line when I first had the issue - nothing but amazing people work here. I decided to go with "Cured-In-Place Pipe" because it only requires a single hole approximately 2'x4' instead of a trench through my landscaping that would cut very big tree roots since the trench would have been within five feet of four very large trees. Replacing the pipe would also have left three feet of my old (orangeburg) pipe from curb to the city connection, unless willing to pay an additional thousand dollars for 3 more feet. Ryan and two crew members showed up at the scheduled 7 AM time and did an excellent job. Finishing around 2:30 PM after the city inspector approved the work. Ryan and his crew were professional and careful with all the landscaping. They installed a new ABS cleanout, backfilled and cleaned up the work area beautifully.

The next day two guys arrived, who in my opinion sorta didn't know what they were doing as they certainly didn't know how to properly install a door. The inside of the pre-hung door was 3/4 inch inside the inside wall instead of flush, so there was an obvious 3/4 gap between the re-hung outside trim and the door frame. I pointed this out, and they went about fixing it. However, the door when they were done the 2nd time was still too high in the opening as they placed shims under the threshold by 1/2 inch, so if the threshold is stepped on it feels spongy. Even I know thresholds go on the floor with sealer to keep water/bugs out. I didn't notice the door height when I pointed out the 1st error. I also believe they didn't have but one claw hammer between the two of them and no real tools as one would expect. The siding part appears ok, but the door fiasco brings down the way I feel about the entire job. You know what I mean?

Wow! This company is a gold standard for quality and service. My roof was damaged by wind, with…read moreshingles blown off in an area about 4'x6'. It's a 12-year-old roof with 3-tab shingles, and I thought I would need a roof replacement because those shingles are no longer made, and I couldn't find them anywhere locally. David, the owner, came out, and instead of giving me an estimate for a new roof, he said he would try to find shingles and repair it. Within 24 hours, he located shingles and repaired the roof. The only replacement shingles he could get were brown, so he painted them after attaching them. If you look at this picture, you'll see that it's dang hard to see which shingles are the replacement ones. Comparing High Mountain to other roofing companies, two companies gave me email estimates for a new roof without even coming out, and a third company said they could repair it, but the estimate was $2,500 because they wanted to add a roofing treatment, which I considered unnecessary. My bill with High Mountain Roofing was less than $700. I am elated!
