My friend was accused of stealing just because she put her keys in her pocket and i guess had a similar key chain to what they sell (mind you were at the beach multiple times a year and shop at all the local surf shops) and I later called to speak to a manger about this situation, as me and my friends felt humiliated and was treated with ignorance and sarcasm.
