He's easy to talk to. He originally came out to service our furnace and did a wonderful job, and came out to help service our air conditioning unit in the past. Recently we ran into a larger issues. Our Carbon Monoxide detectors were going off allowing nearly 600 ppm of carbon monoxide into our house. What was ultimately happening is that when the water heater was being utilized the liquid wasn't burning properly. I asked a plumber to come out and he said he doesn't do that work but he was helpful on who to call, he said a chimney sweeper in which I tried that and that wasn't the answer, turns out after talking to a second plumber they said HVAC. That's where I ended up at. He reviewed the situation and checked the pipe at the top to see if any nests were in there and if it was burning properly. He was barely getting a reading, there was a hornets nest forming in the pipe. He then noticed my furnace was clicking on and off and didn't sound right. He wanted to evaluate that as well to ensure it wasn't the issue. He then figured out that the pipe was off. It fell off at some point. causing all of the carbon monoxide to flush back into the basement causing the alarms to go off. He fixed this will new piping to help resolve the issue that was happening. He added some 90's to fix the issue. It flows better, cleaner and right to the point. Oh and he fixed the furnace as well, it needed a new filter. Now if I'd called Gillece this would have cost me 5k to get all of this work done. He's affordable and does an amazing job. I highly recommend his services.

I hired this company for attic mold remediation and related repairs. The written agreement clearly…read morestated that half the payment was due upfront (which I paid), and the remainder was due upon completion. There was no clause or discussion requiring additional payment before the project was finished. The company completed only part of the work and then left the rest--specifically insulation and drywall--unfinished. This left my attic without insulation during the coldest part of winter. When I followed up to have the work completed, my calls went unanswered, despite being told they would return. One day, I came home from an appointment to find the workers packing up after completing only the mold remediation portion. They had the owner on speakerphone. At that point, the owner demanded additional payment before proceeding with the remaining work. This had never been discussed and was not reflected anywhere in the written agreement. I calmly pointed that out. The owner then proceeded to yell at me for an extended period of time over terms that simply did not exist in our contract. The interaction was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely out of line. During that conversation, I even tried to de-escalate and discussed possibly separating the remaining work due to his behavior. However, I made it clear that my preference was for the job to be completed properly and with care, as originally agreed. That never happened. After that interaction, the company stopped responding altogether. I ultimately had to hire someone else to finish the job. To be fair, the employees I interacted with in person were kind and professional. However, they also did not respond to my follow-up attempts, which I can only assume was direction from the owner. If you are considering this company, make sure every detail is explicitly documented and be aware that the project may not be completed as agreed. Additionally, the owner's conduct alone should give serious pause before entering into a contract.

Not only was our heat exchanger broken, but most of the circuit boards were fried. Blowing not only CO2 into our house but they also made us aware of a scary possible electrical problem in our electrical supply or the electrical in our home, for the boards to be fried but it never popped the breaker.. The owner of the business came out the next day to give us a quote. He checked all the returns, the supply, the duct work and the furnace itself. Went over our budget and our needs before giving us information on what he felt were our best options. He was extremely friendly and very polite. And was very upset he didn't have any space heaters to lend us to keep us warm in the meantime.. which I never expected him to offer in the first place. After we gave him the go ahead they started work Thursday October 13th. Immediately got it running to the point that we had heat! Yay!! Now we did require more work than the simple swapping of furnaces so the install took three full days, Thursday, Friday and Monday. But every single person at our home, was courteous and polite, neat with not only their work but between days, and left the area spotless when they left. What the owner, Greg, said was very true..
