Just a heads up for the pet owner, the grassy area has little sticker thorns (see photos) that can stick to your fur babies paws. please bring booties for them. We love having access to the beach and to the pool. The property is very clean and quiet. For families they have a good size fridge and stove top plus oven in the room. It's been a wonderful stay. My partner and I stayed, and tacked on a third night. The service was so much better, the condo was fabulous, as the previous ones had been, and we loved our stay, even though we had to return one night early due to an emergency. We have since referred a few friends there and all have said they too enjoyed the stay (as I followed up with them to make sure their stay was pleasant) and we will certainly give them a third chance.....and hopefully a fourth and fifth and so on. I highly recommend working with Jeremy as he has been very nice and helpful since this all has happened. It was rocky at first, but I am glad that they were able to rectify the situation and give us an opportunity to have a wonderful Anniversary weekend. We are hoping to make it an annual thing!!!

During our stay at Padre Island / condo 105 beachfront view we noticed several issues that were…read moredisappointing and not consistent with the condition we expected for the rate charged. Specifically, there were visible signs of possible mold or mildew and general maintenance problems in the unit. The bathroom sink did not drain properly, and the dishwasher did not function ...bottom rack had to be lifted in and out and had a slight odor. Overall, the unit appeared run down in several areas and did not feel well maintained. For the price we paid $483 per night we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, upkeep, and functionality. I did send an email to management with pictures of rusted dirty air conditioning vent, mold/mildew in corners of the living area floors and walls, etc.. They did respond promptly "thank you for bringing to their attention" and they would have someone look into it. Which made me laugh...when you entire the unit a piece of paper states, who cleaned and who inspected. These were clearly visible and an inspector should have caught these. To add further frustration, I have 4xs tried to leave a review on their website on that particular unit. None of them will submit. They even sent me a link and that would not submit. The unit was pristine and amenities for an overnight stay were provided. The bed was super comfy and the living room seating very relaxing. The shower was a lovely temperature and water pressure. This company only manages a portion of this property as many are owned or long term rentals. It is an aging property with road repair and exterior updates on the horizon. But the short term rental I had was so relaxing, and manager Deana Lara was a consummate professional as well as warm and welcoming. I am very pleased with my stay!

Waking up to the sun rise and ending the day to the sunset was very peaceful. Access to a pier and places to fish were my boys favorite!!! My kids also enjoyed the swimming pool. The area was also close to town but far enough to enjoy the sound of waves hitting the banks. I think I found my new favorite spot! I would definitely recommend this place if you love the water and fishing.

Both times booking has been really easy, the amenities were great, we really have no complaints the properties are well taken care of. Communication with staff has been great. Room can get a lot of moisture but that's the area, nothing you can do about it. Air conditioner and humidifier do help control that. My only complaint is the coffee maker was pretty dirty, fridge/microwave were clean. Bed was comfy too and your view is amazing! This room passed my "BBT" checklist: bugs - none, bedding - Clean, and towels - clean!!

To start with, our room was not ready on time. So, we went to the pool. Unfortunately, it had green mold along the bottom edges and a disgusting film on top of the water. It was clear the pool had not been cleaned in a while. We had no TV remote in the room for the duration of our stay. We tried contacting the property manager and left a message but never recieved a return call. Called Monday and was finally able to speak with someone. I was told I would recieve a return call from management. Got a return call from someone who was not even in the same state, which was no help at all. This property has gone downhill and on-site management appears to be non-existent. Save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else.
