Except for damage to a mini blind and a window sill, the place was left better than it was received. For the price we paid $483 per night we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, upkeep, and functionality. I did send an email to management with pictures of rusted dirty air conditioning vent, mold/mildew in corners of the living area floors and walls, etc.. They did respond promptly "thank you for bringing to their attention" and they would have someone look into it. Which made me laugh...when you entire the unit a piece of paper states, who cleaned and who inspected. These were clearly visible and an inspector should have caught these. To add further frustration, I have 4xs tried to leave a review on their website on that particular unit. None of them will submit. They even sent me a link and that would not submit.
