Though the website list a "kitchen" in which to cook meals and all needed cooking instruments, our room had no stove or grilling utensils or pans to take our meals to use the grills. No places to hang bathing suits or towels. Again, for what we paid, we were a bit disappointed. Overall, we had a nice escape from the heat, humidity, and rat race of Houston. Certainly a much better experience than the negative reviews.

The bathroom sink did not drain properly, and the dishwasher did not function ...bottom rack had to be lifted in and out and had a slight odor. Overall, the unit appeared run down in several areas and did not feel well maintained. For the price we paid $483 per night we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, upkeep, and functionality. I did send an email to management with pictures of rusted dirty air conditioning vent, mold/mildew in corners of the living area floors and walls, etc.. They did respond promptly "thank you for bringing to their attention" and they would have someone look into it. Which made me laugh...when you entire the unit a piece of paper states, who cleaned and who inspected. These were clearly visible and an inspector should have caught these. To add further frustration, I have 4xs tried to leave a review on their website on that particular unit. None of them will submit. They even sent me a link and that would not submit. I stayed here over at Aruba Bay on Labor Day weekend and unfortunately had a very disturbing…read moreexperience. The apartment was infested with cockroaches--so many that they were even crawling on the bunk bed where my child was sleeping. He developed a rash from the insects crawling on his legs. Management attempted to "treat" the unit, but never informed me that this meant we needed to vacate for four hours. Even after the treatment, the roaches remained everywhere. When I asked for another unit, they told me nothing was available. Instead, they offered only $50 toward a future stay, which is completely unacceptable given the circumstances. A place that cannot ensure basic cleanliness, safety, and transparency with guests should not be renting accommodations. I would strongly caution others against staying here.

The amount of space allowed us to be very comfortable. You must take a dip in the pool, especially in the late evening. The temperature of the water was perfect and the lighting made it so relaxing. The only issue we had was there was only one remote for 2 of the bedrooms and the cable had very limited channels. (In the bedroom.) That is not enough to rate them less than 5 stars. My family and I will be going back to the beach this summer and hope to rent this place again.

To start with, our room was not ready on time. So, we went to the pool. Unfortunately, it had green mold along the bottom edges and a disgusting film on top of the water. It was clear the pool had not been cleaned in a while. We had no TV remote in the room for the duration of our stay. We tried contacting the property manager and left a message but never recieved a return call. Called Monday and was finally able to speak with someone. I was told I would recieve a return call from management. Got a return call from someone who was not even in the same state, which was no help at all. This property has gone downhill and on-site management appears to be non-existent. Save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else.
