I've been here twice and I ABSOLUTELY love this place. It's such a mini getaway from all your everyday stresses. From the entrance, everything is so pleasant. The workers there are so nice and accommodating. The decor is absolutely beautiful. Everything is crisp and clean. They offer massages and more. I only go there for the sauna. They provide you with a mini shoe locker, and give your bracelets for keyless lockers in the change room. The washroom/change room is stunning. The showers have those huge waterfall shower heads (I'm a sucker for those) and they don't give you shitty body wash or shampoo/conditioner. There are 5 sauna rooms to go into. My favorites are the salt and jade room. I wouldn't bring my phone into the rooms - they get pretty hot. They have a nice lounge area where you can sit and cool off. They also have a tiny snack area where you can purchase drinks and instant noodle bowls. This is such an awesome way to detoxify. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I had been to this place two times, and had good experience on both visits. I had a foot massage on both visits. It came with a mini foot cupping. I would say it was worth $48 for $45 mins to the good skills and comfortability. I don't know if other places do cupping on foot but I enjoyed the few minutes cupping at the end of the massage. It's interesting indeed:-) The second time I tried the Korean sauna after my favourite foot massage. I was given two complimentary vouchers for the sauna during my first visit. My mom and I spent a good 2-hour trying all 5 different sauna rooms with different themes, effects, and temperatures ranging from 49c to 79c. You will be provided a set of bath suit, two towels and a keyless locker when you check in. The shower room is sort of open concept. People who prefer privacy during shower might have issue with it. Necessary toiletries are all provided. It costs $30 for each person per visit for the sauna service with no time limit. It was very relaxed. There was a light snack menu in the sauna area. You can order food and enjoy at the resting area while playing board games provided by the spa. Besides, I was very impressed by their interior decoration. The receptionist was very nice and services are good and friendly. The keyless locker concept is excellent. The place is spacious, clean and tidy. The shower room, washroom room and change room are combined in one big area for ladies and men separately. I will go again for sure.

Ive come here 3 times (2 times full body massage + 1 foot massage) I requested someone who can do heavy pressure and they provided it. The nice Receptionist can speak cantonese and mandarin. The place is clean and for foot massage they give you a pair of shorts to change into. Have yet to try the sauna. Will do so next time.

Pretty good experience except for no tea provided during foot massage and we had to ask for water. Professional staff and great ambience.

I'm extremely picky about extensions, and know a good place when I try it. Out of all the extension places I've tried (more than a dozen in the GTA), Tokyo Beauty Studio is the ONLY place I've come back to. I've been coming to them for a couple years now; Whenever I go on vacation and don't want to deal with the hassle of falsies/mascara, you can find me here. There are different technicians, but everyone is excellent. They're perfectionists and meticulous. I can tell them what I'm looking for - and they'll definitely deliver. Unlike other eyelash extension places, they always understand what I want before putting lashes on me. Best of all, these lashes LAST. The full look lasts around 3 weeks for me (Which is a miracle. Admittedly I do rub my eyes, use cleansing oil, the whole shebam.) I don't want a "I bought $1 falsies from eBay and stacked them on my eye" look. I want a "damn, she must have some next level genes to have lashes like that" look. Tokyo Beauty Studio absolutely delivers. I would strongly recommend this studio!

The consulant/ ambassador asked me to buy more anoher 50 tickets for deposit $500 for 11 tickets. My most disppointment was of main part was the consulant would not show me how much is each treatment price on menu. I found out the price after each treatment when I signed off. I have been to other Spa experiances before; I always enjoyed and relaxed. However, R-spa personal only sold my to purchase bruch of teatments which I do want. I have told the conculant that I only wants particular treatments once every month. My idea is to go to spa is to relex wheneven I want or maybe once very two months one treatment per visit with one two hours or a whole day spa every six month. However, R-spa consultant kept saying she done these is being good to me so had planned and/or forced me four times per month with four teatments per visit. Original was just one massgist work for me. Later on, she started adding more massagists worked on my body and face for 4 hours. That meant I have need to pay double the tips to each massagists. THE Worst part was my body cannot handle these mechine treatments and I got stress out and my body react back with stress and extra long period. When I decided stop going here, my period stop at that evening. This shown me the R Spa had pressured my body and mind to it limitation; therefore, my body had to signal me to stop and think though this R Spa. 被杀的豬 留言

You check in and then take a really long escalator up to an area where you are greeted by a staff member who assigns you a locker for your shoes! That's right, this first locker only holds your shoes with their modern locking system unlocked by your wrist band. You are offered slippers and walked over to your respective change room where you are greeted by another staff member from behind a counter. This person asks which kind of outfit you would like - a thin silky robe or a comfortable pair of shorts and t shirt. You then find your locker and store your belongings and change into the provided outfit. Your walk through this change room alone is a spa like experience in itself. The women's change room has a sauna, steam room, hot tubs and showers with brand name soaps and shampoos. The water pressure in the shower was nice and strong, temperature control was easy making for a really comfortable experience. On your way out are a wall of vanity type stations fully equipped with hair dryers, q-tips, single use combs, mouth wash, any thing you can thing of all available for use at no extra cost. You're then free to wander the entire facility! The spa features: - many hot and cold rooms ranging in temperature. I recommend going in order so you really feel the difference in temperature changes. Each room is differentiated by unique wall decor - an infra red room - a gym where they provide running shoes. The gym has a few free weights, treadmills and other equipment - a movie theatre playing some old movies on a schedule (remember this used to be the FMP movie theatre) - a restaurant where the food was surprisingly superb! We tried the oysters, a rice dish, sushi and the hot drinks. Everything was delish. - billiard tables - a large lounge where you can work, chill or play board games which are available for rent! In this lounge, you are also able to purchase snacks and drinks The upper level is used for paid additional services such as manis/ pedis and massages. The admission price allows you to stay as long as you want (up to 24 hrs)! Unique experience worth checking out!

I came back after about 5 yrs, and the wait is still pretty long. If you enjoy sauna and jjimjilbang, I would definitely recommend this place. There are also lounge areas with a pool table, gym, computer area like a PC room, sleeping rooms, and even a restaurant. Everything is clean and well maintained, and there are multiple water dispensers with paper cups. In the shower area, they provide towels and all the basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, and shower caps, so you don't really need to bring anything. Just bring your swimsuit and underwear. One thing to note is that slippers, socks, and robes were extra. It opens 24 hrs so you can stay overnight if you want but there is an additional fee. I stayed overnight this long weekend with a friend because we needed some rest, and it was such a relaxing and enjoyable time. We got to sweat, detox, eat, and just unwind. I think this will be our go to spot in the winter

The first session we had milk bath, the room is very beautiful. The experience included an herbal tea, cold water, and some snacks. I did slip 3x, but I was apparently the only one, as my 3 companions had no issue. There is a sign in the room warning of the slippery floor when wet, and there is the option to put a towel on the floor. Be careful going in, the water is HOT. Also be mindful, there is a drain plug at the back of the tub in the middle (by the tree blossoms side). We were in the middle taking a group photo and didn't realize the drain was pressed and popped up. The water drained very, very quickly. We turned on the faucet both hot and cold side, for about 15mins but the water levels didn't really return, so we had about 3 inches of water for the rest of the time lol. Second session with my husband, they called me the day before to let me know the milk bath was unavailable and we switched to the detox bath. The water was a dark colour but it was still a nice experience. Staff are very friendly. They knock on your door about 20 mins before your time is up. The booking time includes getting ready to go in and out. There is a shower in the room to rinse and cool off. The staff recommended a cool shower every 20 mins so not to get too heated. The snacks included some veggies (cucumber, Carrot, celery) and dip, Ritz crackers, and unfortunately, peanuts. I am mildly allergic to peanuts, fortunately non-anaphylaxic. They really shouldn't use peanuts or any nuts imo. There was a notice on their Instagram that said they will be shutting down the tubs after March 2025.

It's definitely a cute place to try out. We signed up for the Maple room, and it was a beautifully decorated space with a square tub full of milky water, a little calligraphy table, and a shower. First of all, this is a perfect place for a photoshoot. From the aesthetics, to the Kimono they give you, to the little rose petals, it's a wonderful place to set up some amazing shots. Having said that, it is all a little "fake" feeling. The water didn't leave my skin feeling particularly nourished. The rose petals were cloth that were kind of frayed and used. And of course, it's less of an onsen and more of a hot tub experience. All that is fine though as long as you don't expect it to be anything more than that. There were also a few things that fell a bit short of the "luxe" vibes this spa was giving. For one, they told us to text or call front desk if we needed anything. At some point, we wanted to look at a menu and I tried both texting and calling but didn't get any responses until the last 10 mins. Another thing was that the light wasn't turned on in the shower area in our room and we weren't sure if we were allowed to use it or not. Is this place worth it? I still think so, especially for a fun time with a couple of friends. The price is reasonable for 1.5 hours and you can go with 4 people in total, making it even more reasonable. There are some snacks and refreshments, as well as an array of skincare products you can use. It's a fancy hot tub that's very photogenic.

I called and they were available right away. When I asked their prices they were higher than my usual places so I felt that it was legit. I couldn't have been more wrong. Red Flag #1: Entry is at the rear of the plaza, not the street side. Red Flag #2: She asked for payment up front. I was supposed to get $20 change but she said since I'm the first customer she would have to go to the store next door to get my change Red Flag #3: Calls me "baby" Red Flag #4-99: The massage was really just her gliding her hands over my body with baby oil. When I asked for harder she went from gliding to literally pounding. She complained that "I'm not strong". At this point I was ready to leave and then she asked me to turn over. Here she says that she pays for the room and that she wants a $20 "tip" (the $20 I was supposed to get in change). She tells me she will give me pleasure for the $20, or not, either way she was keeping the $20. I declined. I was sore and came for pain, not a handy. Then she became abusive and tried to talk me up for more money. She said "I want you happy" so I said, give me my money back. At this point I was so mad I just got up and left. So if you want a handy from a random woman then this is a place you can go to. Be prepared to be robbed though.
