Neutral: The store has a discount membership program you need to buy into. It doesn't make economic sense (for us), so we didn't sign up for the membership. Thumbs Up: With so many issues with contaminated public water, low water pressure, and boil water notices... we get peace of mind buying from a business that filters the water and adds minerals in. Neutral: To me, the overt religiousness of the staff is slightly off-putting in today's society. However, that's just a personal pet-peeve. Thumbs Down: They open late on Sunday, which is very inconvenient when you're trying to get your errands done. read more

Excellent! My grandmother and I have been drinking alkiline water from here for about 5 months now. We feel great, and are super hydrated. Is my vision clearer? I think so, and no swollen hands or feet in the morning. I purchased the membership, which gets you half price on everything in the store, including water refills and containers. I visited this store on yesterday 7/7/22. It should have had a sign on the door that read "NO BLACKS ALLOWED". That's unfortunate because I've been a water tree customer for a few years now and I was hoping that I had found a locating near my job. First off, I enter the store. The guy with the man bun is helping a lady to her car and assisting loading her water. That was kind of him. He walks in and I asked if I could use his sink in the back behind a machine that was semi blocking that area. He replies very nasty and say "that's what it's there for". (I should have walked out then) I proceed to rinsing and filling my containers, I placed them on his cart and waited for him to ring up 2- 5gal containers, and a small refill less than 16oz ... chi Ching $15.00. I pay him and pull the cart out the door and load my car. I return the cart in the exact spot I got it from, he walks over and starts wiping the grab bar off. That would have been fine, due to Covid and all but was that really a priority after I felt less than welcome in your store? Needless to say you can keep serving who you chose but you will never get my business again. I will be sure to share my experience with one of your regulars that referred me. Have been here several times now and always had a good experience, seems like a good mom and pop spot. One night I was on my way home from work and stopped by to get my usual 48 btls of water and the young man who works there with the man bun was having a conversation with a young lady who seemed to be a customer, but they're taking loudly and going on about how Joe Rogan is a national hero and how people in the medical field are stupid for getting the vaccine and if they knew what they were putting into their bodies.....blah blah blah. I would not have been bothered by the whole thing, everyone is entitled to their opinions, but when the smug fellow and his friend got louder as he's ringing me up, about how his mom is a lawyer suing big pharma....more blah blah. I say all of this to say I work in the medical field and he and his friend saw me in my scrubs, and the conversation swiftly changed to the vaccine paradox ..I felt targeted and a business is not the place for that conversation. I would love to return this spot, but no.....sad. read more
