I walked into the flooring shop and asked a couple questions which were answered i then proceeded to walk into the antioxidant water shop hoping to get some information about antioxidant water and i was flat out refused service . What is this 1930? He looked at me from up to down dressed in a black jacket in the RAIN and black sweatpants and refused me service. Truly perplexing behavior , he simply chose to judge me because i stood outside for all of 5 minutes texting on my phone before proceeding to check out the businesses . It doesn't stop there , i then walked into the restaurant next door la hacienda, in my quest to check out all the businesses and proceeded to have lunch , hopefully i can post these photos ! Great restaurant ! While sitting i decided to call into this joke of a water shop and report what happened to someone on the phone . I told them it was a weird interaction and would still like to purchase water . Told her flat out it felt borderline racist or some kind of profiling she then began to scream at me that she was bi racial and not racist and refused to address the fact that i wanted to buy water . I typically wouldn't write all this , but just goes to show why retail is failing because businesses don't know how to get new customers . Truly wish you the best bi racial not racist lady ! It's nicer to communicate and not scream . You get answers that way .

It was a very straightforward and easy process. Jordan advised on a system that would best suit our needs and he didn't try to up sale everything. We were able to get a low down payment and low monthly payment. There were also many perks for customers throughout the first year and the upkeep prices were more than reasonable. Jordan also gave us information about our options should we move within Texas or out of state. The installation technician, Oscar, arrived with our system later in the evening. Again very efficient work, it didn't take even an hour for Oscar to install everything. Oscar even made it look very neat under our sink, with hiding tubes yet being able to inform us of how those tubes connect and work to provide us with clean water. Oscar explained what to do in emergency situations and advised on when we should give Puragain a call for routine maintenance. He even wrote out instructions for flushing the system before we would be able to use it. I appreciated so much the awesome customer service, patience he showed and care he showed. These guys really kept communication flowing. And if there were any issues, they were resolved quickly. My husband and I are very happy with our experience with Puragain and would definitely recommend them.

It seems that the basic set of filters in the system were not enough to overcome minerals in our water. So our appointment today was to change the filters. Oscar was very knowledgeable in explaining that the basic filters were not going to resolve our issues. He showed us the old filters that were replaced. We opted for the premium filter package. Hopefully he stays with the company because he knows the products well and made recommendations to resolve our water issues. Although we paid a bit more for the filters this time around we hope it improves the quality water. One thing the company can improve on is to send their customers a reminder to schedule an annual filter change and inspection. Additionally, during the initial system installation we should have been advised that the system came with only the basic set of filters.

They discover a leak in A/C and blame it on everything including dog pee but oh know they just put freon in it until their 1 yr warranty for parts and labor ran out.
