As the only Black employee at the time, this created a deeply uncomfortable and unsafe work environment. This was brought to management's attention. While I was told it would be addressed, no meaningful accountability followed, and I have not received a direct apology from the individual involved. I was given assurances that corrective action would be taken, but there was no follow-through. For a business that serves a largely Black customer base, this lack of accountability is concerning. I encourage others to consider this when choosing where to spend their money.
