When I called the first several times the phone system did not connect me (thus the 4 stars not five). I can tell you that Alex that came out was helpful, informative, professional and quick to respond on a Sunday and Mother's Day at that. I was very pleased with the response time and the fact that in less than two hours (most companies have a 4-8 hr response time) we were back up and running. I have been a customer for the past 5+ years and had my payments set up on autopay. They apparently…read moreswitched online portals a few months back and When they switched online systems, they started sending my bills to the old owners address somewhere in Houston and not even to our house where the water service was at. So with no actual/physical notice to us, they turn the water off today and refuse to waive the reconnect fee of $100. I had to get assistance with setting up a new online account and once I was able to login and view past statements I noticed the wrong address. I tried to explain that we never once received any notice and that they were being sent to the wrong address and the GM; Kevin's asshole remarks were "Oh Well, can't do anything about it" Now I have to go to the county courthouse to obtain a Warranty Deed that the house is truly in my name for them to get the old owners name removed. My main issue is that they had an error on their end sending my bill and notices to an address of an old owner for the last 3 months and making me pay for a reconnect fee when it was on them.
