They cut electric lines (even though they were clearly marked) shutting off power to homes, they cut Spectrum cable/internet/phone lines - MULTIPLE TIMES, they leave their heavy equipment on lawns and kill the grass. And when they are done, all they do is throw down some crappy grass seed & spread straw that has weeds in it. They leave mud piles that should've been seeded. They don't even bother to smooth out the dirt they disturbed either. And they leave their water bottles & other small tools behind. I threw that stuff out. Calls to their customer service get nothing but "I'm sorry's" & "We apologize for the inconvenience". Just words. They don't mean anything. Hades will freeze over before I'd subscribe to their service. They may have subcontracted out all this work but if that's the type of people they subcontract, then their product is, I'm sure, just as bad. Stay away from this company.

I interviewed other companies about what I needed to have installed for my water system. They were very expensive. You can imagine my surprise when Dan Moore(Vietnam Vet) did a free water test and he said you don't need this thing or that thing for my system. He sold me a basic system which was all I needed and really wanted. He told me If I desired anything more at any point it could be added. Then I met Doug Dell who installed the system. Even though I tried to make his job easier for him to set up, he insisted on the best set up that fit the area of the installation rather than what was easier for him. I have been impressed by all the people from Culligan Water of North Central Ohio and I highly recommend them for any water needs you might need.

This place has been an absolute nightmare from the moment we signed up. The initial installer told…read moreus from the get go that we did not have a good setup for this service but said he could make it work and drilled a hole in our wall to make it work. After putting it next to our washer and dryer, up against the wall and a terrible installation, it leaked all over and has ruined the dry wall and other parts of the home on top of causing the last two water bills to increase 300% of what we were paying before installation. When we had a tech come out to check and "fix" the problem, he told us he took a bunch of pictures and attached them to the service report and that PureH2O would send a certified contractor out to estimate the cost of repairs and get it done for us. All we wanted was for them to take the system back because we hadn't made a payment on the system as of that time. We were told "do not wait for the company to call you, stay on them and they will take care of it". They claim to have fixed the leak so we started the process to get the home fixed. (We wanted out of the whole entire process but they told us there was only a 3 day return policy which makes no sense because we didn't know the extent of the damage and leak until we received our first water bill at $160 for the month. Upon discussing the options with them they continually told us "we will make this right". Since that conversation, a service manager came out and tried to tell us all of the ways we needed to cut into our air ducts or wall to provide a new space to put the system. When we refused to adjust the integrity of our house they said the system could stay where it is and we shouldn't have any more problems with it. After speaking to another person this morning, they told us that all of the things we said happened didn't happen and that the people who serviced our system did not take pictures and told them there was no damage to the home. (We have pictures and video and both service techs stated they took pictures and saw the damage as well). They also stated the original installer put in the report that there was no dryer or washer when they installed the system which was a complete lie that we have proof of. Long story short, this company sucks and I would not recommend. They will lie to you, try to turn the blame on you, and not honor anything that they tell you they will do to "make it right". Part of my short term goals in my life now is to make sure no one else falls victim to this criminal company. Do not do business with this company, you will regret it.
