After "completely rebuilding our sprinkler system" according to Brantley himself a year and half ago this morning tried to charge me $287 for less than 2 hours service work because the system would not come on. Still doesn't come on and he wants $600+ to rewire the system. Claims it was originally wired with the wrong wires and has multiple cuts in the wire less than 6 inches under ground. We have done no digging where they say it was broken and according to the sticker on the system Brantleys originally installed it. Of course this could be a lie too. ANOTHER COMPANY CHEATING AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS.

When I reached out, a woman answered from a personal vehicle with a child in the background and apologized saying they were busy. Rescheduled for Thursday, then pushed to Friday when I would actually be on site. Friday morning I called and texted to confirm. Was told staff was 6 minutes away. They arrived 90 minutes later -- two full-size trucks with trailers. Despite the trailers, they had no stock to perform a simple repair. The job: one frozen sprinkler head needed replacement. Their recommendation: replace all heads and all valves for $2,900. The valves are all working fine. When I questioned it, they said they couldn't do the work for a couple of weeks anyway as they'd need to order parts. I was never told there was a $95 diagnostic fee when I booked. I paid it in cash for 10 minutes of work and a recommendation to replace equipment that doesn't need replacing. As a remote homeowner I depend on honest, reliable contractors. This company failed on both counts.
