So I had Village plumber install a shower valve and drain on a tile shower as a sub for Roberto's in the Villages. First visit with drain install, pvc, valve 1362$ it is what it is. Tile completed same tech returns to install trim ring, handle, swing arm and shower head 377$ for 20 mins. I think that is ridiculous but we all consider value differently. I will not use them again nor recommend them. read more

Shower valves replaced through Robertos Flooring project. Actual cost was twice the estimate. Plumber charged out apprentice hours along with master plumber eventhough only 1 plumber did the work. Charges for small items, such as screws, use of Sawzall blade and utility knife was extortionate. Ridiculous and we refused to have them finish the rest of the plumbing work.​ read more

What a horrible attitude, what a horrible experience. Allen comes out to give me a free estimate, suggests to do a $400 job which might not solve my problem. I had a bathroom sink drain come apart and called village plumber for assistance. he came out in a timely manner and arrived when he said he would. he texted when he was on his way every time. he assessed the work that needed to be done and helped direct me to the right faucets for purchase. I texted when the faucets arrived and he came out the next day on a Sunday to complete the work. His recommendations were spot on and I feel more secure that I will not have a future problem.
