We ordered food as soon as our drinks hit the table (~30 mins after being seated), and enjoyed out drinks for quite some time until realizing it was AFTER 12pm and no sight of our food or waiter and the place was about half empty at that point. A manager finally came by to apologize for the delay, but didn't offer to comp our drinks or food or anything! Another 10mins or so later and we finally got our food. The Smoked Salmon Benedict was very very smoky flavored and I even ordered the salmon separate by from the actual benedict part of the dish as a precaution, but the smoke flavor overtook the entire dish. For $19, it had no hash browns included, and I wasn't paying $6 more for fried potato strings. My daughter had the grilled cheese with tomato soup and both were absolutely phenomenal! The pumpkin bread French toast was just pumpkin bread with whipped cream and caramel drizzle, not real French toast with pumpkin spun into it. Not impressive. Overall, the staff was very nice and the dining areas super cute, but the prices and wait time and lack of management correction make this a place I likely won't be trying again anytime soon.

They are always packed with people, but there are a ton of courts so I'd say you can usually always find one open! Or a pair of people playing that you can join (make some friends). In the warmer months, there are more courts open and when it gets to winter months, they seem to close off the back courts. Which has been a bummer because this winter has felt like the summer. But it's not that big of a deal! The lighting at night is great and there is a good amount of parking leading into the park. I have no complaints and every time I come, I'm happy.

It was a lot of work, but the 2 workers (I think husband and wife?) worked quickly and effectively and got the job done. I have used 2 other gardening companies in the springs and these folk gave me the best bang for my buck. They know what they're doing and they let you look over the yard afterwards, and they're more than happy to fix any issues, not that there were any. They did fantastic.

I've reached out on multiple occasions (at least 5) to get them out to re-stake the tree & make sure it's doing okay, but they have not responded. We got nachos and they were insanely good and huge. I also got a donut from Runaway Bake Shop. I love that they partner with local restaurants and what not. But let's talk about Hillside specifically. It was so cute. Lots of tables. Much bigger than you'd think at first glance. We wandered around and loved all the fun areas. When we arrived to park, however, we saw signs advertising a fall festival right next to the park. It was $8 entry. We were immediately greeted with a huge pumpkin patch, with awesome views of the rocks. We got to see a number of animals, watch living history demonstrations, enjoy live music, as well as have some great snacks and drinks. This was the perfect way to have a leisurely stroll and enjoy the views while also learning local history. Would recommend to both adults and children alike.

Other reviews talk about a great place to bring the family in the summertime, and it's a cool piece of history since it's a working ranch that belonged to Palmers sister in the 1900s, but I'm here to talk about the beautiful and scenic trails right at the base of Garden of the Gods. This is the trailhead and lots of people bring their dogs to go on or off leash as well as being a popular path for bicyclists. The base of the trail has an off leash dog area and I have been told that there is another one inside the park, which is awesome, though I didn't explore it today. There are very easy trails to walk along and feel like you're in nature and you are right at the bottom of the Garden of the Gods rock formations.
