I've been coming to this place for years. No more. Clear scratches galore and management refuses to take responsibility. They say because I'm the only one with a complaint and that the swirl marks don't match the rotation of the brushes inside. Fck this place. If I have to hire a detailer to remove the marks, I'll also be hiring a lawyer for the damages. The rumors about car washes with brushes are real. This a really nice ram 2500 that I spent good money on. If you value your paint job, find another method. This isn't it. read more

These guys are fantastic!!! I come here quite a bit and I never leave I'm with a dirty ride. But today they earned 5stars in less than 5 mins. As I was vacuuming my car I accidentally locked the door with the keys inside. The manager came out with a lock out kit and I kid you not, got into my car in less than 5 mins. These guys are so awesome and helpful and kind!!! Couldn't be more greatful and now I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else again. Thanks again guys! Saved me so much time and money! Nothing was wrong with my car and apparently the staff banged up the side with their scrubbing before it went into the pit and the car wash itself tore off the same side for being set too strong. Manager was rude, disrespectful and wouldn't even give me the main office number for the owner or contact for an insurance number. Charles told me to sue him. Funny, I took a picture of the car before I took it there. So, yea, let's go to JP Court just like you suggested. He hid in his office also when the incident happened and waited until I left to call me. Acted very guilty. Slimy customer service. Although my wash wasn't up to par, the management went out of their way to give me a refund on my deluxe wash. I will be trying this business again the next time I'm in Kyle -- half of the staff was working really hard to prep my car for the wash but the other didn't really care. I don't think the deluxe is worth it but if you want a light scrub and a rinse, I'd recommend this place for sure! read more

Disappointed is an understatement. I've been coming to this car wash for years, and I loved it and was loyal to it because they had a wide mouth vacuum and my truck seemed very clean afterward inside and out. I recently had a baby and haven't been able to come and wash my truck so today was the first time I've gotten to and when I arrived, I found out that they now have the same old vacuum head that every place has super skinny and thin takes double the time to vacuum out your car, they took away the mat holder and as I'm driving away, I'm noticing that my windshield is still grimy, despite paying for the most expensive wash that you can, and there are spots all over my truck - will never be returning. They've lost a loyal customer such a bummer. read more

The minor concerns are half the crew bang up your vehicle before the wash, the towels are always damp and sometimes they try to up sell you when your cleaning your interior. The major concern is that when you go through, it's rough, so much so it cracked my led light cube. I brought up for them but they just blew me off and never called me back. This car wash location is pretty old and there are other choices close by that are newer and charging the similar monthly membership fees but I come here because the service is impeccable. I have the Works membership and go often. I'm happy with the products they use. My car always comes out looking clean. I have rubber mats in my car so I get them pressure washed when I go. This is a drive thru car wash but they do give your car a little scrub down before hand. They have towels, window cleaner and car freshener available. Everyone I ask for help from is always helpful. Best car wash in Kyle/Buda. Per my husband, washing machine is better as it won't scratch. The vacuums are strong and the compressors make cleaning our vehicles a breeze. We have a membership on both of our vehicles. This crazy pollen seems to cling to my blue car with a vengeance. I'm certain it's springs plan to kill me with asthma. I informed Charles, the manager on duty on 10/15/23, that prior to arriving to the car wash that my truck did NOT have these markings. Charles went to look at the video and informed me that there was absolutely no way that could have happened there. I did ask Charles what logical explanation would there be for these markings that I noticed immediately after the wash? Fun colored lights are the main reason I get a car wash maybe once a year, at most. But WW inspired me to go more often. Employees hand-detail your car before you enter the automatic wash cycle which was nice. I also am obsessed with their different scents of interior cleaner like Old Leather and Wild Cherry. Price of Wash + Services: Deluxe Wash - $15.00 Exterior and Undercarriage Triple Foam Polish Dusting Dash and Console Towel Dry Vacuuming - or... otherwise know as (vaccuuming) on their website...sigh Price of Future Dealer Repair Bill? - who the **** knows! TBD... Lets get to the meat and potatoes shall we. First I pull up for the external wash, then I get to sit in my car for about 30 minutes because some internal mechanism is broken in the washing drive-thru and they are trying to fix it. (should have left at that point) - Second, I try and ask the guy a question while my window is down once I started finally moving to get it washed, after giving what wasn't an answer to my question, I powered up the window and midway he starts spraying the car and combination of dirty and soapy water goes in the eye, in the car, and on my shirt. Next up...Interior Cleaning - Oh wait!! Not yet my friends... before that happened...they noticed the machine basically didn't wash any of the front part of the car, so they proceed to hand wash the front part. This was the equivalent of pushing around dirt without any real cleaning being done. Interior cleaning begins, I get back into the car after my wonderful experience is all said and done. Look over my shoulder and two random pieces are laying in my back seat. It's a new car, random parts don't magically appear in the back seat. New parts also don't magically snap off without excessive force. 15 year old car... OK, I can see that.. you win that argument, but not with new materials. See attached pictures. Brought this to the attention of the Manager (Cole) and with a glazed & confused look over his face (deer caught in headlights) he had trouble comprehending how it happened and was unable to offer any explanation or resolution to the problem. Just stood blankly with no expression, I said I would not be back here, he stated "OK" - one unrelated Tip to my experience I can give you, Cole.... is manage your employees to not hit on women and ask for their phone numbers, little disturbing watching some of the women feel uncomfortable while I was waiting through this ordeal, unprofessional. PS: I guess Jeff B. - the owner, "Grumpy Bear" from the Care Bear line.. bashed someones review and stated "I would appreciate you not taking to social media" - then went on a little rant... Listen, Jeff B. this is a public forum and consumers have a right to voice/type their opinion of an establishment as long as there is an adherence to guidelines and protocols set forth within Yelp. Successful and competent owners/manager will try and resolve a dispute appropriately to gain future business and if need be, try and salvage a bad experience, not go on a tyrant attacking the person who just handed you money. Grace for Vets is an organization that offers free car washes to veterans. I learned in doing a quick zip code search that Water Works Auto Spa was taking part in the promotion. Since I was in the area I stopped in because my car needed a wash desperately. We came off the access road and there is a sign to indicate where to turn into to get into the car wash. When we rolled up a person greeted us and offered us the veteran's discount. We were able to get the $15 deluxe wash for free. Score!!! Overall, the car wash made my car look very nice. I can now see every ding and dent on my car again. No worries, no fault of the car wash. My car is a piece of crap and has been involved in over 6 accidents (only 1 was my fault!!!!). A whole other story to say the least. We didn't get it vacuum which was offered. The car wash does have an area where you can vacuum it yourself if you like for part of the service. read more

Don't come here if you have a long bed truck. Avoid right pay lane, if you do. I was waiting in line for a car wash when one of the employees had instructed me to go through a different lane for the pay kiosk, I didnt want to because it looked tight and wasn't sure how I'd get through And boy was I right I was about 3 inches away from hitting pay kiosk and even closer to a telephone pole. The wash and service was good, not as good as other places but solid bang for your buck. This place has a big sign that says what they are/ aren't responsible for but they show you when you have no chance of getting out of line/ stopping. The message was something like "If our machine tears off a mirror or antennae not responsible" If I would've seen this, I wouldn't have gone through. Simply not worth the risk for an expensive vehicle This is a fast and efficient car wash. If you care about your vehicle and don't want to risk damage to it. Go to a better place. Took my new car through there to get some of the rain spots off and when I got to the vacuum area, I notice my car was actually MORE dirty than before. Had mud swirls all on the back and sides. I always go to this car wash spot since I get a free wash through my apartment complex. The staff is always super helpful and attentive. Franky (I think that's his name) offered to vacuum my floor rugs when I first pulled up. They have an array of different car sprays and cleaners and are always stocked on fresh towels. The place looks really nice and the free vacuums are great but the washes are far overpriced for what you get. Yes I purchased the basic $7 wash however I have been to at least a dozen similar businesses and paid LESS ($4-$6) for a BETTER wash than this one. I am a college student so I do the basic wash no matter where I go, that is not the issue. I was disappointed to find that there was a significant amount of easily noticeable bird poop still on the top front and back of my car after the wash. I tried to go ask an employee for a rag or something to clean it off myself only to find that the arrangement of the "office" and "lounge" area is extremely awkward. There was a door for employees only with what I assume were cleaning supplies and another door that said office which was locked and had no one inside. There was a lounge which smelled like a dirty bathroomi upon opening the door and had only a few seats, a bathroom, and a vending machine. The only employees I saw were too busy detailing cars to deal with customers so I just left with a dirty car. Unfortunately it seems I'll be making a longer drive for a better wash and better customer service. read more

BEWARE!!! They will steal your money even when you don't give them authorization. I am working with my bank now to get my money back. I was offered a discount TRY for a month with it expiring at the end of the month. I didn't use enough but boy did they take $29.99 from my card the following month when I never gave them authorization to do so. Not sure how many people have been screwed by them so be VERY careful paying with a credit card. read more

I did not have cables. The officer said he didn't have jumper cables. The only thing great about this was the auto wash, if you don't count the fact that it added dirt to my car also. Not to mention I paid extra for full service towel dry. No one was directing any traffic, and I found myself being served after 2 cars who had entered behind me. They had two detail employees trying to take care of 10 cars. My towel dry, well let's say no towel was ever used. By the time they got to me, the car dried itself. Not to mention they didn't clean my wheels as advertised. The Manager was on the phone the whole time. She didn't seem to care about customer service at all. When I tried to speak to her, she simply put her finger up and walked away. All I wanted was a refund of the extra I paid for a service that wasn't provided. Me and another gentleman talked about other things to do around town, until he gave up on waiting also. The money I paid was a waste. Keep in mind they left a #2 written on my rear passenger window. Probably an foreshadowing of the stars I was about to rate the service. I should have known it was going to be bad when the gate to let me in, didn't want to open. So don't pay any extra for any detail service!
