I was super stoked to have a close to home spot for Alkaline water. They are located near Sonu Korean Barbecue. I had previously driven to Carlsbad or PB. The outside water dispenser areas are very well kept, clean and water is always in stock. The inside of the store is also clean and inviting. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have carts available for your convenience. This is awesome when I bring in multiple 5 gallon jugs. The price is right at $1 a gallon for Alkaline. You can sign up inside for a prepaid card as well. Awesome water shop! Check them out!

I called them weeks ago to fix the problem and they said they did, but I just received another letter saying they are putting me into collections! What do I do? Please avoid using this company. I tried calling again to get a foreign customer service agent that had to put me to an agent to resolve my issue! They don't recommend water dispensers and recommend drinking the water room temperature. Their water is really good, I love the taste and feel good drinking it. It's worth the trouble for now, but long term it may get a little daunting. I do recommend their water and love the quality, too bad they haven't made this a little easier though.

However, my main issue is with the outdoor machines themselves. When you select and pay for the 5-gallon option, the machine doesn't actually dispense a full 5 gallons. It consistently shortchanges the fill, so you end up getting less water than what you paid for. The water quality itself is great and having outdoor access is a big plus, but the calibration issue on the 5-gallon button needs to be fixed. Giving 3 out of 5 stars for now--if they recalibrate the machines to give the full amount paid for, it would easily be a 5-star spot.
