Update: Blue Triton (Primo Waters) sent me a bill for $400 while they were using another account to do automatic withdrawals from my bank. I called them weeks ago to fix the problem and they said they did, but I just received another letter saying they are putting me into collections! What do I do? Please avoid using this company. I tried calling again to get a foreign customer service agent that had to put me to an agent to resolve my issue! They said they needed to put me over to someone else, but i was just put on the wait for over 30 minutes to be hung up on. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing! read more

I first want to thank Customer Service Manager, Janice who helped me today. I had to call as a new customer, to ne elevated to her and wait online for over 30 minutes. She was kind and apologized. She updated my mom's account, saw the payment and noted, that a payment was made on May 22. She assured me that mom's water would be today, and set her up on a text notice for future deliveries. Awful. They double charged me for a delivery (the original delivery was incorrect, they fixed it a few days later, but charged me for both even though I returned the unused incorrect delivery). Today is the fourth time I had to call to try to get it taken care of because they sent me ANOTHER email threatening me with collections etc if I didn't pay them. The person I spoke to on the phone today swore up and down that he took care of it and I'd be receiving info within 24 hours and that the fraudulent charge would be removed. We'll see. read more

We have been a sparkletts customer for well over 20 years. Since Primo took over, their service is horrible, their website is a nightmare, customer service doesn't exist. Used to have a relationship with my delivery guy, that can't happen now, it's all computerized. No face, no soul, I would go somewhere else but they bought everybody out. It's a monopoly, and they're screwing all of us. They have a clue on service, not a clue. This is the worst company I've dealt with in a long time. BEWARE Blue Triton is a disguise name for NESTLE. (Be informed that Nestle is owned by Blackrock and all its shareholders and the 1% who own the world). This merge is the result of Nestle (Blue Triton-Primo) buying all smaller water companies. Nestle has been sneakily monopolizing this precious resource essential for all life on earth emptying natural sources, bottling the water and selling it back to the people who live and used to get their water from the now empty lakes/rivers/springs/wells etc. Today I called and cancelled our service altogether with what before was Sparkletts. I was told by a manager after calling and wondering why we were missing deliveries, being double charged and such, and was told that they were sold out of Sparkletts and we would be receiving Pure Life from now on. All these changes were done without my consent. So I ended business with them. After talking to a customer service representative who didn't know the answers to my questions and being transferred to some kind of manager, the latter had to use code words to make me understand she wasn't allowed to give me information about where the new water I would receive came from, neither who was truly behind the new merge. When I mentioned Nestle she told me they were told to not reveal that information to the customers but that I was on the right track and that she would also do the same thing I was about to do (cancel my service with them). Unfortunately, they deserve zero stars since the merger. We are supposed to get deliveries every other week and I've had only one delivery in over two months. Every day, my delivery gets bumped to the next day and then bumped again. Customer service reps are nice enough, but are useless and either cannot or will not help. This company changes the #'s of bottles delivered without asking. When inquired why, they don't have an answer. When asking for more bottles since I used to get 8 bottles delivered, and now they left 4....they said it would take 3 WEEKS to deliver more. This company also said our credit card declined one month, so they didn't deliver....not only did they not deliver, but they didn't notify us at all. When I finally called them to ask where our water was, they said, the credit card declined so we didn't deliver....I said run the credit card now! They did, and it went through no problem....again, it's 3 WEEKS to get us water. The worst customer service I've ever experienced, and over priced. After 3.5 hours just today on the phone with Primo, I just cancelled our service. We were previously with Sierra Springs for years, then they sold out to Sparkletts. Now it's Primo and their service continues to deteriorate, customer service is non-existent, mobile app is useless, email to customer service takes 3-5 business days to get a response. I'm tired of paying to be abused as a loyal customer. Our new driver drove erratically through our community today without consideration for those walking or children going to school, and then never delivered our water. Yet ANOTHER UPDATE. Our next door neighbors have been getting consistent delivery, without any issues, for a few years now. That's called good service. I see their jugs on their porch, the driver pulls up and delivers and takes the empties. How can I continue to hold one incident, a few years ago now, against them still? I can't. The worst company I've ever dealt with. We signed up when someone came to our door for their company offering 4 gallon jugs and a dispenser and said we would get the first 3 months free. Then they charged me over $50 that month and when I tried to call and ask why they had no idea what that deal was. I dealt with it a few more months just for the dispenser and once primo took over I tried to cancel because I couldn't get into my account and they were giving me a very hard time and they told me I would get an email on when a driver would be in the area to pick up all my equipment. I got the email which said pickup would be 2 days later. That morning they sent an email saying they were on the way and to put all the stuff outside my front door. At 9 months pregnant I dragged it all out there and then the driver never showed up. At 6:30 pm I got an email saying they couldn't make it but would come the next day. They then cancelled that one and gave me like 5 other days and cancelled all of those. I had to drag the water jugs and dispenser in and out of the house at least 3 times and by the 3rd time they never even told me they were not coming anymore and then never messaged me again to come pick them up and continued to charge me after that. I have had water service with Sparkletts for over 14 years. In the past 3 years or so, I have had 4, 5 gallon water jugs break and soak my carpet. This is obviously a big issue because of water damage to my flooring and baseboard around the area that has been repeatedly flooded by their faulty jugs. Wondering if the jugs are more brittle and prone to leaks in the last few years due to BPA removal. Whatever is happening, it needs to be fixed because I enjoy the convenience of water delivery but not at the expense of water damage to my home. read more

This company's customer service is absolutely pathetic. I made numerous phone calls to them and could not get through to anyone. On July 13th, 2021 my card was declined because my card company is expected there was fraud. So on July 15th I made a payment to sparkletts. Their system stated I was to expect water delivery that day. Unfortunately it was not delivered. So I called constantly trying to get a hold of someone to no avail. Eventually I use the automated system to request an early delivery on 7/21. That never came. The system then said the water would be delivered on 7/23. That never happened. The system then said the water would be delivered on 7/26. That never happened. Each time I was getting more frustrated because the date kept changing. I finally called the sales department where they were eager to answer the phone and was able to be transferred to a manager or someone who could help me. I requested a new date of 7/28 which the manager told me was going to happen. I'll be expecting that water tomorrow. The manager told me that once your payment is declined, the system automatically skips that delivery and only plans for your next delivery. Even if you go into the system and request an early delivery, the system will receive your information, show that you will get that early delivery, but internally it will revert back to next month's delivery. Essentially you will continue to wait due to their system flaws and inability of anyone answer the phone The person who finally helped me was direct and straightforward and clearly did not want to hear anything I had to say, and only wanted to tell me I'd be getting water tomorrow. I understand companies have problems, but when they don't do much to fix the problems, their systems are obviously inadequate, and they don't try to assist you with any amount of kindness or accommodation, that place is lacking. Let's add to the fact that their system has my order wrong. I've been getting three bottles of water every month, for months. Their system for whatever reason seems to think I should only be receiving one bottle of water. Another issue I had to clear up. Terrible! Worst delivery water service in Menifee. The driver doesn't get it right. Customer service calls don't resolve anything (the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing!). I finally cancelled service and then they haven't or won't pick up my 5 empty bottles for the $18 refund they hold of my deposit money. I am looking to try to sell the empties to recoup my loss. We had Sierra springs for 20 years, they purchased the Compnay signed us up without knowing won't pick UP THE NASTY WATER. its been sitting in front of my house for months. The Sparkletts corporate buyout of small local water providers isn't about delivering and charging for water. It's about collecting bogus fees that most customers never see. Every water bill i receive is paid by autopay and I usually review what Sparkletts is charging me for. My last bill had a $10.00 late fee, which is impossible with autopay. I messaged them and they robotically replied with "Sorry!" Imagine 5000 customers charged a bogus late fee every month. The Sparkletts algorithm can move the fee theft around to a different 5000 customers every couple of days. That creates a $50,000 "mistake" every time and not many customers will notice. Business is good ! If you choose to use this company or any of their local brands, be aware. It's not obvious. read more

The 1st month was good then it went downhill from there. I order twice a month 84 cases (one pallet) for two different locations. You're talking about $2400 a month. You'd think their drivers would show up on the day they say they will be there. I'm only speaking on one of those location. The driver that always shows up is Jimmy he's awesome, but the other Rob omg he sucks. When I call in to find out why my order wasn't delivered customer is no help at all. Signed up in Dec 2021 for a second time, hoping service would be better than it was the first time around. Nope! Constantly missed deliveries or wrong amount of 5gallon bottles dropped off or they would deliver new bottles but leave the empties. Wednesday June 10th - Sparkletts was scheduled to pick up the water dispenser and 6 empty water bottles. They were instructed to call the leasing office upon arrival to access the apartment. I called sparkletts early that morning to let their driver know that the leasing office opens at 10am. They said ok. I then notified the leasing office to let them know to expect sparkletts. I called again at 3pm to see if they had picked up and they said no but they stop picking up at 5pm. 5pm comes around I came home and the water dispenser and bottles were still there. So I call them and they rescheduled me for Friday. Thursday June 11th - I get a phone call from their driver saying the water wasn't outside. I said no it is not. You were instructed to call the leasing office yesterday and you didn't. He said he didn't know. And I said I called and scheduled for Friday. Friday June 12th - I was home and it was past noon so I decide to follow up. I get told that the note on my water service says the bottles were not outside. There is no way they can be outside I'd be blocked in and blocking the stairway!! Nobody knocked or called. They said they spoke with the branch manager and they would have someone pick up Saturday. Saturday June 13th - I called to follow up and I've been told the pickup is scheduled for Tuesday the 16th. I am moving and will not be here the 16th. I just signed up for service at Costco just yesterday so due to the fact that people are so upset about the service, I decided to cancel. I wasn't on the phone that long and they did transfer me three times before they made it official to stop service. Luckily, I gave them a state and city where they did NOT service, so they had no choice but let me go. I must say that I called very early and they soon answered the phone and the three women I spoke to where nice and polite. A note to Sparklets: People do pay attention to your reviews. I gave this company multiple chances over the last year but what finally made me cancel was being charged for a replacement bottle (delivery charge) when I was left a bottle that leaked on my doorstep. Several times over the last year I received a bottle or two that leaked from a cracked bottle to once a small hole in bottle. Most of the time I let it go and just moved on, but my last delivery I called and had it replaced. I then was charged 7.95 for a delivery charge for them to come out and swap the bottle- Really! Dealing with the billing department and their trained robots is absolutely impossible, they are always 100% right and you the customer are wrong. I am beyond pissed! Alhambra water service in Concord has missed the last two water deliveries. I have spoken with two customer service reps and received a call from a Supervisor today stating that our scheduled delivery today would arrive. This is after our driver continued to drop off 6 5-gallon water bottles at a time. This is horrible customer service with no follow through of complaint resolution for the past 3 weeks! I have no water from a company I pay and obviously no good customer service. This is the worst experience ever! And I have a 3-month old baby and cannot make formula because we are out of water! 2/28 Follow up- every time we have called the customer service reps and supervisors have been very kind. Again, it was the execution and the driver not honoring the order, sense of urgency, and if given direction by his supervisor, was not adhering to it. We received 4 bottles (after 4 calls, 3 complaints and 3 supervisors)at the front door, when we ordered 3 and in the notes it's stated to deliver to the back-there are still 6 empties in the back. My delivery was made today (2 days late for some unexplained reason), yet there were only 3 bottles instead of my confirmed 4. I only confirmed this order on 3 different calls and multiple emails over the last 3 days. Your companies lack of attention to detail and miscommunication between your call center reps and the route drivers is appalling. I am currently looking into using other water delivery services. Unfortunately, over my tenured service/membership, this is not the first time this has happened, however, this will be the last. It seems that every time I add or remove a bottle via phone or online, the driver always delivers the incorrect amount. Worst customer service ever. This company is a joke. I had to call several times to try and get a reminder call when they come and they said I would and I never did. They got a new delivery guy and he keeps leaving the water at the bottom of our driveway, the struggle was real after my c-section. Then I tried to call and cancel and had to wait for hours as the switched me around. I've waited less time at the DMV. We also waited weeks before the water was delivered. What a horrible experience. We switched to Palomar, their customer service is amazing! No hold time and the guy literally delivered my water within 30 mins. They also just got voted number one healthiest water in the entire country! we've only had them for about 45 mins and I absolutely love them!! read more
