Have used this location for years. They are always so nice, accommodating and the flowers are always fresh and smell great. In the spring we usually buy 4-6 hanging plants for the garden because they seem to last longer and are fuller then ones bought at Home Depot, Menards or places like that. I was gifted a $200 arrangement that was delivered, which I was dissatisfied with, called and was told by two different people they were out of the flowers I preferred and to contact them the next day.... Which I did. Had to take off an hour of work to drive them 25 minutes to the White hall location and when I got there, they said they didn't have time and did not have the arrangement ready that I needed to swap out the flowers. But the next day I could stop in and grab it, which led to another having to take off an hour of work and drive 50 minutes round-trip to pick them up. Huge inconvenience, but the worst part was when I got there they were not ready, and they basically forgot. When I drop the flowers off, I ask Jae, don't you want to write down my name and number and she said no.... that seemed rather strange. Point is they were rather incompetent and lacking the understanding that I was getting the runaround. Receiving flowers is supposed to be an enjoyable experience, and mine was anything but. Altogether, I have lost two hours of wages by having to leave early and a total of almost 2 hours of drive time to finally get them. Strongly do not recommend!!! And to put the icing on the cake, I pacifically ask them to keep the vase from the other arrangement. However, they gave me a cheaper one. Two days after having the flowers, the rose petals are already falling, and the greenery was dried up. Their selection is not quality. read more

I have been visiting this location for at least 6 years now. They have always been so accomodating to me. I love their wide variety of balloons they offer every holiday. Their website is so easy to navigate. Don't even get me started on the amazing staff. The managers Jaime and Sarah are some of the nicest people I have ever met. First, I would like to say my mom loved her flowers. The Problem: The Card was not delivered with the flowers - The Card was supposed to say: FROM Me and HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my mother. Since the delivery was incomplete, my mother did not know who sent the flowers or why they were sent. I live out of state, so when she tells me she has been calling different family members to ask if they sent her flowers, I am pissed off. My husband stopped in to get info on getting roses for my birthday . He didn't want me to have to cut them . They told him he could bring the vase we wanted . After talking to me ( yep no surprise flowers here ) we talked about which vase. He made a second trip and purchase on of their special boxes ( only $2) so he could safely transfer case with flowers. Went back a third time with our vase and the special transport box. I did not want any baby's breath or greenery. He came with 2 dozen beautiful assorted colored roses. They even put the food and water in. My issue- the roses looked pretty squished in that vase. I kept obsessing about that but figured they would have told him if it wasn't ok. It bothered me so much that the next day I couldn't stand it and took some out and put some in another vase. Yes looked better. My second issue was they did not have that aromatic rose smell that I had anticipated . I thought I'd give it a few days . Finally Monday I couldn't stand it so I called. The answer when I said that they should have advised my husband that the case was too small - he Could have gotten less roses or have them use a base it wasn't a big deal but he didn't know I wouldn't of known and they said well they were squished because he got a cut in Trump. They just cut them and drop them in the face and didn't arrange them at different levels levels if he had gotten that they would've looked better and I said well he wouldn't of known to ask for that. It's up to them to educate him of his choices. Well, he could've looked in the cooler and saying that they were different choices, and I said like my husband would really have noticed that he had those kinds of choices so then She addressed the no rose smell, and she said no the roses don't have that I don't even know what to say to that seriously I've never had roses that didn't smell like roses and why bother paying money for roses that didn't smell like roses and so she apologized for the quality and I did request the manager to call me which she never did. I have had nothing but excellent service from Flowerama. I can admit that sometimes, I've had to work with them on an issue, but they've always responded promptly and exceeded my expectations. I love supporting the local businesses and since I no longer have to use the big online flower chains, I feel like I am actual developing a relationship with the employees through calls and messages. They are wonderful at working with you on any issue you have and not only are their prices competitive, but their delivery promise has never once been late. If you pay to have it there by a certain time...It WILL be there before then. I can recommend them enough. I have never felt like I did not get the best my money could buy. I needed a last minute same-day floral delivery in Columbus and I live in California. I always like to use a local flower shop instead of 1-800 Flowers or the like, so after a quick Google search I found Flowerama's website. The website itself services four Floweramas, but this review is for the service I received from the Whitehall location after I placed my order. I placed my order online at 12:30 pm Ohio time for a delivery before 2:00 pm. I received a call from the shop saying they didn't know if they could get it there by 2:00 pm, but would do their best. No problem, I really only needed it there by 5:00 pm, but didn't see that option on the website. Very nice of them to call and let me know. At 3:00 pm, their delivery man, Jeff, called me to let me know that the address I gave did not match the business name I provided when he went to drop them off. After a little research, it turns out that I had given them the wrong address. Flowerama delivered it a second time to the correct address and Jeff called me to let me know that the intended recipient got the arrangement. So awesome of them to go above and beyond when I made the error and they still had the flowers there by 3:30 pm. read more

There were only 6 dozen single bunches of roses too choose from, and they all looked like they had died yesterday. I ordered flowers yesterday for my next door neighbors. First I got a call that they didn't have exactly what I ordered, but I was okay with their substitution. Then they were delivered to the wrong street and the wrong address number. The person who got them actually drove them over to deliver them correctly (seeing the right address on the card). When I called the Whitehall Flowerama to complain, they said the driver delivered them to the correct house...basically calling me a liar. I have shopped with Flowerama MANY times and am a rewards member...won't be shopping there again. Can't imagine what would have happened if I asked for them to be delivered to someone/someplace where I wouldn't have confirmation if they were delivered correctly. read more

I live in California and wanted to send flowers to my sister that same day. I ordered online and picked something that was ok, but not exactly what I wanted. I wrote a quick note in the order asking if they could change the colors and the ribbon, expecting that it would not be possible. Much to my surprise, they did even better that I had hoped! I have used this florist many times. I have always found the staff to be friendly and their selection is good. I believe the more experienced staff works in the morning, building arrangements, and such. But I usually have a very positive experience, which is why I have used them so many times. Prices are reasonable, their specials are amazingly well priced. Usually being creative seems to cost a little more than if you let them put it together for you... that's why I give them 4 over 5 stars, because my creativity costs me extra, haha =) read more

Received a call 20 minutes before the deadline only to be told they were out of what I ordered and wouldn't be able to be delivered until the next day. I asked about being refunded the $10 expedite fee and was told she couldn't do that. I asked her for her manager to call me and now two days after that and still no fee refund or call from the manager. read more
