i'll start with the positives: easy parking, clean facility, and friendly staff…read more unfortunately, my experience overall was very disappointing. during the massage, the therapist left the room twice, and at one point a man knocked on the door, both of which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. more importantly, the massage itself was not what I requested. I booked a deep tissue massage, but the session consisted mostly of stretching and pressing rather than actual deep tissue work. I left feeling unsatisfied and confused, especially given the high rating of this place. I'm not sure if I just had an off experience, but based on this visit, I wouldn't return.

She started out by walking on me and then I asked for focus to be on my lower back and hamstrings and she was fabulous. 5/5 45min Sauna Wrap this was such a unique service offering and it felt so good on my muscles especially after an amazing deep tissue massage. I will say that the 45 min did feel a little long but I might just be a wimp. Normally I can only last 15min in a sauna. The first 20min I was asleep and then got a little toasty. But I was able air myself a little bit since they didn't fully zip me in. Parking 3/5 it's next door to a very busy restaurant there are reserved spots for them but it does get filled up fast Overall this is an amazing spa and I will definitely be back

I think I'll stick to Swedish massage because the Thai massage was a little intense for me. However, I can see how Thai massages would be great for folks who need a deep tissue massage or folks who like strong pressure. The bad: I wish they had an online booking option. They have a clear sign with the suggested and preferred amount of tip dependent on how many hours your massage was. Upon finishing the massage, the receptionist handed me the tip envelope. I didn't love how expected tips were. I had knots in my upper back that the massage therapist could feel but at the end of the session she didn't dissolve them. Normally, they're dissolved at the end of my massage sessions at other studios. The interesting: They had signs warning people that sexual harassment isn't permitted.
