We have called multiple numbers at the company and no one will set up an appointment to come out and see what the issue is. My husband spoke to Derek once directly about 5 weeks ago and he promised to come out that week. Unfortunately he never showed up or called. Now we have called every week sometimes more than once and even went on the website and sent an email. Absolutely dead silence, no call back and when we call all we get is a recording. Worst customer service ev 8/11/2020 Derek came out 2 weeks ago and added a bracket to hold the gutter and corrected the dent as well he told us he would be back to replace the whole gutter. He and his team arrived today and replaced the gutter and added an extra downspout in the center. We are pleased with the follow up and would recommend the company and I have changed the rating to 5 Stars!

This was sooooo easy. We have a two-story house and I don't do heights, so while first floor…read moregutters are in my ability there is no way I get on a ladder to the top of the house. We recently had a tree removed and I just knew our gutters were in dire need of cleaning. I did look at having a gutter guard of some type put in but the costs (cleaning was included) was significant. After I rec'd the quote from Gutter Maids I figured I could get this service done once a year for the next 12-15 years and still be ahead of the game. BTW, even with most gutter guard system it is still recommended to have your gutters cleaned every few years. I wasn't there when the crew arrived but my wife works from home and called me to complain about being distracted by men walking on our roof. So at least I know work was being done. When I got home everything was cleaned up and there was nothing out of place. I could see the first floor gutters from the upstairs windows and the job looked perfect. Everything from booking the appointment to paying the invoice couldn't be any easier. Good Job! Will definitely use them again.
