I've been coming here to get my water bottles filled up. Really nice and clean place. They clean and wash the bottles for you. They provide little moving carts to take your water bottles to the car your self; that's a big help. My only issue here is their CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't greet you and always looks like they're bother of filling up the bottles with water. They need to acknowledge the client and make them feel welcome. Honestly I feel like they get bother as soon as a client walks in like myself. Hopefully they can get better at that. read more

This store is family owned I really like that family at home vibe, the two lady's I've seen working are very nice and extremely helpful. I've been getting water here for about 5 years now and KARLA the cashier was very rude. She may be upset bc she isn't happy about working and dealing w customers right now especially with the whole covid 19 and BLM going on but us people aren't always having a good day and good customer service comes a long way. Do Not Come to This Place they have been increasing the water price for some time now, and I did not have any problem with it. Regular water costs 55 cents a gallon. They have an offer in which they will give you 25 gallons for $12. That seems fair, although there are more better options somewhere else. I take my bottles with me. I have three 5-gallon water bottle, three 3-gallon water bottle, and one gallon water bottle. In total 25 gallons. The lady says to me that the offer does not apply to me because in order to get it, I would have to have five 5-gallon water bottles. What a logic way to conduct a business! They say their water is alkaline but they're wrong dont fall for that crap i sadly did , bought 3 gal jug from themcplus 3 gal of supposedly alkaline water then went home and tested the water guess what its 7.4 ph water they claim its 8.5 or 9.5 alkaline from where ?? Water is good, but service is horrible. This one attendant always has the face that she can't be bothered. Whenever I go and she is working, the store does not feel welcoming. It's the closest Wateria or water refilling store to my house. But today might have been the last time I come. 10 min before closing time she had the door already locked and the open sign off. She literally stopped helping the last person in the store to unlock the door and tell me they were closed. When I told her that there was still 10 min and that all I needed was 5 gallons for my family because it was 90 degrees today and it was gonna be hot as well tomorrow. She still told me no and did not finish helping her last customer until she was sure I had left. The worst part was her watching me to make sure I had got in my car and left. It left a sick feeling in my gut to be treated in such a way when all I was hoping to do was get water for my family. read more
