The store is great, always clean and easy to navigate. Although, I usually come just for the Rocket Pop Sorbit as it's my favorite flavor! When I came in today I noticed the machine only dispensed watery melted ice cream. I was dissatisfied, I asked the workers in the front if maybe it needed more time and both works explained to me that the machine is broken and how sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. They explained the boss doesn't want to fix the machine which is truly unfair to the consumers who provide the money towards them, they can at least ensure the machines are functioning properly for their customers. I just want to also thank Anthony for being a great help and trying his best to ensure a good experience despite the broken machine. read more

Unpleasant attendant! I am not into the habit of publicly exposing specific employees even though I have her name and an illustration, which she adamantly repeated "I DIDN'T NEED TO KNOW!". While this employee was extremely rude, I'm not fond of humiliating this teen-ish girl, that lacks basic manners and a serious refresher in customer service skills while she works with customers, by posting any names nor pictures of her. I definitely want to review the situation with her superiors, though! I teach adults methods on how to get and keep a job for a living, and I can tell that customer service might not be her thing! There is like NO parking... it's shared with all of plaza Mexico and Planet fitness so good luck finding a place. I really like coming to this location 99% of the time it is very clean and well taken care of, there is a young lady that works the day shift that has a really good attitude. The other employees can be a little rude.
