Here's why I like them: 1) The water tests well (we test every bottle before using) and it tastes great. 2) If you go to the shop on Washington, (most of) the guys who man the desk are good and reliable. 3) Unlike another very local water vendor (a straight-up thief), they don't give you a sob story about personal financial issues, guilt you into paying a year in advance, then vanish without ever delivering another bottle. 5) Their employees don't trash talk other local water vendors in person or on Yelp. Love coming to this place for water! I was coming here when you had Chris working in the store and he was personable and friendly. ALWAYS with a smile and you could tell he was genuine. After he started delivering there was someone working the store who isn't worth mentioning because he was worthless... ‍ The guy that's been working here, Alex redeemed the store! He's friendly, always seems to be smiling and is always super helpful. I messed up my back so I can't be carrying these 5 gallon jugs of water. I've been buying water from this location for at least 3 years now and usually I'm pleased with the service I receive. Today, not so much. I was attended to by Daniel (name on my receipt). He greeted me just fine but when I inquired about the price per gallon for alkaline water, his responded by saying, "All of our prices are posted on the door" as though my question annoyed him. His attitude was less than professional and if I return (not sure that I will), and he's there, I'll go to another location on Washington blvd. I don't recall asking him where they posted their prices. People like Daniel are one of the reasons I can't wait until automation replaces low-skilled customer service positions like his. I went earlier this morning and wasn't satisfied with the service. Typically in the past I remember a Middle Eastern young guy being there who was very friendly and wanted to help. I am not sure if they have new management or owners but the young Hispanic who helped me today seemed uninterested in helping, never rinsed out the bottles like they have in the past, did not help out to the car with 4/5-gallon water bottles. read more

There are 3 people that work here: Erika, Maricela, and Pedro. The price of Alkaline water here is $1.50 per gallon, but if you purchase 5 gallons or more, it's $1 per gallon. So a 5-gallon bottle will cost you $5. No taxes, and they accept cash only. Alkaline water is incredibly good for you. It will help you balance your acidity levels (from stuff like drinking too much coffee, soda, eating greasy foods, etc.), and also help you neutralize free radicals, which if you have an imbalance (too much) of, it will cause you all kinds of health problems like diseases. A neutral PH level is 7. Anything below that is acidic. Most bottled water is acidic = bad for you. Waterland sells PH water from a Kangen water filter machine that costs like $4,500, and they have 3 of them. You can ask for different PH levels of water you want to buy. But normally, I just go in and ask them for the highest PH alkaline water, which is 9.5 PH. If you change your drinking water and start drinking alkaline water instead of regular water, your health will dramatically improve. Kangen's slogan is "Change Your Water, Change Your Life" Anyway, let me tell you my story about my visit today. So I was running late and I called in to see if they close on the dot at 8pm, and Pedro picked up the phone. He was really cool, and told me to just come in. He gave me his cell # and told me to call him in case the place is closed, and said that he lives really close by and doesn't mind coming by to get the water for me at all. That's already a plus in my book, that they were willing to go the extra mile for me. Then when I got there, I decided to buy a 5-gallon bottle BPA-Free, which is plastic without the toxic BPA chemical. Anyway Pedro was really cool, and he hooked up 5 gallons of alkaline water for me for my new 5-gal bottle for FREE. Good peoples, good service, and good prices. We have been coming to Waterland every week for alkaline water since Summer 2017. Our experience have been awesome until today. Monday, 4/23/2018 around 3:30PM, my husband sent our 14 yrs old son to get water inside while he was getting gas for the car. My son returned $3 short of change. (This place is all cash. And we get the same amount every week, so we know the exact amount.) My husband went back in to find out what went wrong. The worker (Daniel) explained the cash register was broken. While he was getting the missing change back to my husband, he suddenly started getting all offensive and calling racial slur "nip" and even cursed out "F%#k you" to my 14 yrs old son whom he tried to take advantage of. He even tried to start a physical fight with my husband and our 14 yrs old son by saying "I WILL TAKE YOU BOTH ON!" $3 is not a big deal. But trying to cheat a 14 yrs old $3 is un-acceptable!! Calling your loyal customer racial slur is un-acceptable!!! Note: we tried to contact the manager Pedro by calling the business line, but it was unsuccessful. read more

Please edit your business hours if no one will be there. We came in Saturday 10/22 at 9AM (supposedly that's the time your business opens), but no one was there. We waited for 10 minutes and finally left. We called Sunday 10/23 at 9:30AM to check if it's open, but no one answered. Not sure if the store was busy or closed. read more

This was our place to re-fill our 5 gallon bottles, never had a problem. We use to go every Sunday and I use to get ice cream for my kiddos. One Sunday I got there minutes after they closed, no biggie I can use the vending machine. One of the guys was going in and out and I asked if I could get/buy a blue cap for one of my 5 gallon bottles. They always put a new one every time I went, the guy said "NO" in a very rude way.
