There are two tasting rooms: this one and another at the vineyard. This one is climate-controlled; the other is open air with a patio. Roger is a very engaging and can regale you with stories from his past lives as a contractor and Peace Corps. He makes a range of varietals with small case counts, most of which come from his estate vineyards, though some come from other quality growers. We bought the 2011 Tero Red. Between the location, the wine and the friendly staff, it was worth the 20 minute drive from downtown Walla Walla for the Chamber Music Festival "Tasting Wine" event. We were greeted at the front with a generous splash of 2016 Les Alouettes Champagne. Once we stepped inside, we were again greeted by two lovely hostesses. Then we began to make our way through the 8 wines they we're pouring. Interspersed with our wine tasting we were treated to nine unique hors d'oeuvres Each one of them was meticulously, presented by constantly circulating servers, and every one of them was beautifully handcrafted and delicious The venue and ambience was vibrant.
