When the transfer happened from Sparkletts to Primo the account was wrong, we get biweekly deliveries, when I finally got them to call me by selecting that option when I called them, they tell me I'm on monthly service. We were completely out of water 4 days ago, on Monday when they called me they set my delivery for today, did the water get delivered? Nope and no call or acknowledgment of the error.

I…read moretried to call to get some reasoning for the delay, but was placed on hold and gave up after 15 minutes. I've used the service for about three years and they had another period about a year ago where they missed two deliveries, meaning I went without water for over months. On this most recent series of missed deliveries, I called after the first missed delivery in late April and they said I would have the missed delivery on the next regularly scheduled delivery date of May 4. That day went by and after two weeks, I was hoping they would make the next schedule delivery on May 19, but it was also missed. It has been six weeks since my last delivery and no telling when my next one will arrive. They are going through their second acquisition over the past few years, with each one being more disruptive on deliveries. I plan to search for a more dependable provider, or do without a water delivery service. Review update: it just keeps getting worse. I went online today and my account now says my next delivery will be June 4, thereby missing the scheduled May 19 delivery by another two weeks and totaling three missed bi-weekly deliveries. I searched their site for a means to send correspondence directly to them since I could not get them on the phone, but the site is not very accommodating for communication. The chat directs you to preset choices that don't appear to allow for a narrative comment. I don't have an endless amount of time to keep searching for how you can direct comments to Primo Brands and am better off finding a more customer friendly provider.

But all the blue vending machines around here (The Home Depot and H-E-B) are all dried up or unplugged. This Crystal Pure Water is like oasis to me. What else can you get for 25 cents these days?

Took in an Epson EcoTank all-in-one that had been flipped to the ground and the scanning bar was…read moreoff track. I had checked in advance with Nerds-to-Go and sent a photo of how far off the scanning bar was before I brought it in to confirm they could work on it. I understood that once they got into the machine it might be too expensive to repair and there were no guarantees. After taking it in and paying the $99.00 diagnostic fee, I got a call a couple of days later saying. It seems that they had done some more research and realized that given how far off the track the bar was, this was something they were not comfortable fixing and needed to go to an Epson-certified tech as it would require going into the motherboard of the machine. Although I realized that this might not work out from the get-go, from what I can tell, they did not even look inside. I am frustrated I paid $99.00 when they knew the machine, had a photo of the issue, and only did research after I brought it in. The people seem lovely and professional and I REALLY hope this was a one-off for the company and not the way they normally operate.
