I paid another pool service the same two months, so I was double charged by Star even though I did not sign any contracts, or even meet them in person.

Do not be fooled by Felipe's soft spoken easy going manner. He is ruthless. In my opinion he is not qualified in pool restoration and uses fly by night sub contractors. I gave him a credit card authorization for a one time small down payment only because he was having trouble depositing checks with his bank. Felipe charged me a 7% credit card fee which he promised to return but never did. He made two other charges using the card without my authorization and I didn't find out until it was too late. I had to report the card as lost. The worst part of the project is that Felipe of Premium Pools charged my account and walked away with the sloppy tile work that was never fixed, the fire-up which was never completed and a burned out pool motor which his subcontractors caused and never disclosed. If you hire this company to do your pool restoration and wind up with money and quality work issues, I told you so. Beware.

I have called headquarters twice now reporting the lack of service. They have assured me that the local service supervisor would get back to me. Initially he did. I told him that the fountain has been green for 2 months. No one is adding chemicals. I told him that the person maintaining the pool is adding chlorine. I have a salt water system and salt should be added, never chlorine. I even reported that I told the service person 3 times of this problem, but his English is not good and only responded by saying I only add chemicals. Gates have been left open. Pool equipment has been damaged. I contacted HQ again about this situation and I was told that the local people would get back to me. That was last week and I am still waiting. The fountain is still green. No chemicals have been added. They are still charging me for service and I am receiving their standard email stating that the pool and fountain have been serviced and there were no issues. Although the pool is crystal, the last time they put salt in the pool, they did not care how thy did it. Salt was poured all over one of the children's float in the pool. Simply sloppy ad very unprofessional. I am still waiting for a phone call, an email or text from them to understand why I can no longer receive acceptable service!!!

Polite, professional, on time and knowledgeable; all things that a a rarity in the south Florida market. He detected an external leak at the fountain feature and recommended someone to fix it. But in the meantime the pool kept losing water even though the fountain had been turned off. George came back out two days later, dove into the pool for more tests and used sonic technology on the paver deck to locate a leak in the old main drain rubber hose. He was careful not to disturb any pavers that were not absolutely necessary to move. He also put in a temporary plug to stop the leaking until the pipe could be repaired. Best of all, I thought that because he came back twice he would charge again, but he did it all for the same $350. If you have a leak, do not hesitate to call Poseidon!
