We had our spa refurbished and repaired. The work was done without one problem. The workers were consummate professionals. When they finished, they started the process of filling the spa and told us to watch it to make sure it didn't overflow. We were sitting on the patio when Matt suddenly arrived. He had called and texted, 4 times to remind me to watch the filling. When I didn't respond (I left my phone inside) he assumed we weren't home and rushed over to close the water. Really. excellent-my old pool tech destroyed my pump, matt drove by and we chatted and he asked for a look at pool. when he turned the corner, he said i hear a bad bearing squealing, sure enough, pump was getting ready to say bye-bye because of air in lines. old tech saw no problem with this, as in, i pay $1500 for new one installed, whats the problem, right? new guy does NOT run pump with water level below specs, fast way to cook a pump motor! matt also found a cracked line feeding the robot, another source of air my old tech missed. read more
