I am going to skip the details, other than to say I never saw my PA, she was AWOL from the practice, one person telling me she was scheduled off, the other telling me she didn't work there and never had. Dr. was not available - out of the office until October. Office manager was not available - hadn't come to work yet, at 10AM. If there was a way to give negative stars, I'd be doing that right now. We started with her shortly after she set up this practice. Two of our very close friends who have significant dermatological issues also rely on her, and praise her to the hilt. I have a problem with internet reviews, because you can't question the reviewer and get details, but I just couldn't leave this website without countering the "one star" rating and extremely negative commentary.
