Yvette is a wonderful agent. We initially had another realtor and mid-way through decided to change…read moreover to her. Why? She listened to our needs. She was quick to respond and personable. It wasn't just about a transaction. If she didn't know something, she would go and find out. And she was honest about it. Her genuine concern to have us find what we're looking for really shone. We actually lost out on our first offer and were pretty bummed. Immediately the next morning the first email I saw was from Yvette with a new listing that met our needs and was about $100k less than the first one. She made time to go see the home with us at a moments notice knowing our time was limited. And our offer was accepted. Even after closing she made sure our issues were addressed. I'd highly recommend Yvette and team to anyone looking to purchase or sell.

He is professional, precise, knowledgeable and communication felt like I was the only client he had. Him and Rob came out and assisted with staging of our home. Their eye for design is without question on point. A lot of real Eatate agents have no idea about design and really don't understand their clients. Aaron is amazing with understanding what matters to his specific client the most. He listens and pretty sure he never stops working. He works hard for his clients to get them the best deal. He sold our house at the price higher than we listed for. Most agents wanted to list our house for 20k below what we were wanting to list, aaron and rob rolled with it and made it happen over asking. They stayed with us every step of the way and more than professional assistance, they assisted like a friend. They really cared and gave their honest opinions. Lord knows I'm not the easiest to work with but the patience his team had was outstanding. Josh who is another agent on the team was out of this world as well, everyone who Aaron surrounds himself with is top notch. I can't imagine anyone else assisting with our home selling process. Not to mention they were the agents for the buying of our new home- which we got under listing, in this market!!! Hire Aaron, you will not be disappointed.

Initially, I was reluctant because I don't like adjustable rate mortgage. However, I decided to listen to the presentation because I had done business with them in the past and I was pleased with the results. The loan officer they sent was Marvin Keeling. He was very professional and patient but I was still skeptical because I don't trust sales people. After a few hours of detailed questions and constant harassment, especially by my husband, we signed with him. My biggest gripe with MIC was that the first time I refinance with them they sold my mortgage to Chase and I had a horrible experience with Chase. My next concern was the closing cost. I had to make sure I was going to recoup the two refinance closing cost. The next day I called the number on Marvin's card but I didn't talk to him. I spoke with someone else. He took my information and said he would call back explaining the final figures and the amortization chart. This was the deal breaker for me because I was waiting for him not to call. As plan, he actually called on the day and at the time we had agreed on. To be honest, I was stunned that he actually called back. He explained the amortization chart and when I would recoup both closing costs. He even took the time to explain the benefits of a biweekly payment at my previous rate, the 5.5%, because our goal is to pay off our mortgage early. Well that was my experience and so far they have been servicing my loan and I have no issues with them. I hope it last.

We tried to get information before she started her sales pitch but she said it would all be answered in her presentation so just let her go through it first. We sat through this lady's presentation for 45 minutes. So we finally get to ask our questions. Our questions involved simple math to figure out what would happen if our interest rate sky rocketed and she could not give us the answers. I had to do the math myself while she called her supervisor who also could not give us any information because the question would be answered after filling out the application. Despite all of our frustrations we decided to fill out the application. Of course we did our homework after she left and found out how many people have problems with this company. We called to cancel our loan two days later and again got the complete run around. First the supervisor argued with my wife about how no other company can do the VA hybrid ARM except for them which is completely false. We're actually going through Bank of America for $6000 less in fees. My wife had to call this company three times in 20 minutes because the supervisor she kept talking to would not cancel our loan. We were getting to file a complaint to the BBB. I ended up calling the guy and he told me that my wife didn't tell him to cancel the loan, that she said she wanted him to call her tomorrow after she thought about it more (completely false). After I assure him we want to cancel this loan he tells me that we can't cancel it until some other supervisor calls us in 24-48 hours so that way they can be sure we want to cancel. How ridiculous is this? So she calls them back AGAIN and tells them she wants to talk to a different supervisor. The new supervisor tells us the loan is cancelled and that they won't cash our good faith check because it's cancelled. Today, 2 days later, my wife checks our bank account and they've cashed the check. At this point were livid. My wife calls the company and says what the heck and the guy she talks to say "The check was already cashed the day you called to cancel it. They should have told you that." Now they're saying they can't just wire the money back, they need to send us a check. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. They prey on veterans. They use aggressive tactics to get you in and then play stupid when you try to get out. If this check does come by Friday they will get a new complaint to the BBB. By the way check them out on the BBB's website. They're up to 230+ complaints; 150 of them this past year.
