It's not a "me" problem. But I am tired of chasing folks who I want to PAY to do work. And unfortunately, it's pretty easy and convenient to claim "miscommunication" when confronted with actual evidence that there was, in fact, no communication from your side from May 31, 2022 until March 2023 when you responded to my original review (which response has now disappeared). (2) Yup, grass was long. Several weeks had been missed due to rain. As a pro tip: grass continues to grow when left uncut. If you recall my original review, I said you did a great job the ONE time you came out. I've only downgraded since then due this inane back and forth where you are trying to discredit my honest review. Perhaps you should have stopped while you were ahead. (3) I sure did block you from sending me direct messages on this platform after you abused that privilege by threatening me via DM. That doesn't in any way excuse your lack of communication previously since that block only occurred a few weeks ago, and almost a year after you ghosted me on lawn service. I wish you good luck going forward, and hopefully you've resolved that spam folder issue on your phone so you're not missing texts and voicemails from potential and current customers.

He says no, only chance next week. Also says had no idea I wanted to be there or maybe irrigation issue. I told would take responsibility for any irrigation issue. Calls to the office not only were not answered, there was not even voice mail available to leave a message. I was finally able to leave a message on the "president's" voice mail, after trying the sales line and even the "receptionist's " line did not have voice mail. How they can call this "Toledo" lawns baffles me. It seems their whole team is in Florida, profiting from storm damage there. They have to come back sometime, but I would never recommend them because of their lack of follow through and disregard for potential clients. Their loss. I have a huge yard!
