Highly recommended! Will and Sandy are super nice and quite accommodating. The sites are spacious and the grounds are amazing. One side of this quaint park has a playground, dog park and a large gazabo overlooking a pond. At the other end you'll find the office, showers, and laundry. Behind the necessities is a lovely walking path that runs along a creek; there's even a few little beaches for wadding. We were here a week, and from the park we easily saw four different waterfalls: Roaring Rivers Falls, Cummins Falls, Colditz Cove Falls were fairly local, great hiking and free! Ruby Falls was about $30 per adult and two hours away, but it well worth the drive! We also took a 90 minute drive to the edge of Nashville to see the Lane Motor Museum. read more

This RV campground is very convenient to lots of the beautiful TN state parks and waterfalls. Sandy and Will make everyone feel like family. The porch on the store/office is a wonderful spot!! We had coffee and great conversations there while enjoying the rocking chairs and views of the creek flowing by. read more

If you want to meet some of the nicest people ever, camp at the Waterwheel campground in Livingston Tennessee. Sites are next to the creek with a pond feeding them. Will and Sandy usually have coffee in the morning under the deck. They enjoy a good morning conversation . Deck has misters if it is too warm. Surrounded by beautiful trees, Will and Sandy make your camping enjoyable. Large flat sites, dog run, playground for the kids and gazebo for a view to relax or a picnic. Stayed for a month and enjoyed it. read more

Established in 2022.

We started building our business in 2021 . Being travelers ourselves we saw a need and had a desire to build a RV Camp for quite some years. We had this dream and we know that TheLord helps to fulfill the desires of your heart. So we had been looking for a commercial property near a town and highway for a long time until we were led to this one. It’s perfect! Nestled very near Dale Hollow Lake and many state parks you will find many things to keep you and/or your loved ones busy and learning about Tennessee history. Being right at the edge of the town of Livingston TN. You will find Dining and stores of all sorts within just a few minutes. Some of the places even deliver right to your campsite if you wish. Enjoy and Camp on :)

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Waterwheel RV Camp for several months, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The park is incredibly clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Sandy and Will go above and beyond every single day to keep everything in top-notch condition--from the spotless bathrooms and laundry area to the beautifully kept common spaces. The park has a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere, and we always felt completely safe and at home. One of our favorite parts was the small river that runs alongside the property--it adds such a charming and unique touch. We feel so blessed to have met Sandy and Will. They are not only the kindest and most helpful hosts, but genuinely great people who made our time there unforgettable. Great RV River Camping in a Rustic Wooded Setting! Park your RV with a view of a serene creek winding thru the campground! Each Pull-Thru Site has a 50Amp Electrical Service, Sewer. Digital Telephone, Wi-Fi/StarLink Internet Service. Pet Friendly, a safe environment with a fun playground for the kids, and a Country Store with a Coffee Bar, full of locally-made goodies. Very close to Dale Hollow Reservoir, rated the 4th best boating lake in the USA! Thoroughly enjoyed this RV Camp on so many levels - definitely looking forward to returning soon! read more

Great owners, Will & Sandy. Very friendly and helpful. They have a great vision and are working hard to bring it to fruition! We stayed 5 nights in a 45' class A motorhome. Great sites for Big Rigs. If you are a big rig, towing a vehicle, stay in the right lane of HWY 111 (not the shoulder) turn right into the entrance and hug the left side where the arrows are and you'll be fine. Great WiFi too! read more
