Not bad it's just a tad confusing trying to get to start. Thought I'd be able to do the $5 pay and go. The man I talked to had me change my mind and add on stuff which was fine. I noticed once I paid I got charged $1 more for a cargo/truck. I drive a small suv I don't think that counts. I had 2 ppl dry my car and they did a good job. A lot of ppl go here. This is def not my favorite car wash that one would be in Austin across from Trader Joe's. read more

Today I got the interior detail on my car. They did an awesome job! I recently bought a newer car and later realized it had some staining on the seats so I took it in for a detail. The service was awesome and they got all the spots I pointed out. Take note, that the interior detail also includes their full wheels and wax wash, which is one of their more premium car washes. Everything looks and smells great, I'll definitely be back and recommend everyone give them a try. There are a lot of car washes in the area, but this place knocks it out of the park. read more

For a basic wash and wax they're great. For any detailing, find someone else. I was told one thing when I booked the appointment, told another when I arrived and had to call them to get my car finished. They gave me plenty of excuses but did not deliver on their end. The car was only partly vacuumed. They didnt even look at the door jams or the glovebox. I actually have gone over the car again finding spots all over that were no more than wiped down with a damp cloth, if that. I would not recommend this place. read more

I paid for "The Worx" and would say it is not worth it (about 28 dollars). When I got my car back there was multiple streaks around the car. The car wasn't properly wiped down. I would've at least expected my car to be properly wiped after the cleaning. I don't know if it was just because I paid for "the worx" but I will probably try to find another place to get my car washed from now on. read more

Don't waste your time or money here!! $40 and they couldn't be bothered to properly vacuum or wipe down the interior. The seats weren't touched at all, not even to wipe the dirt onto the floor, let alone vacuumed, cup holders door pockets weren't cleaned either. I have no idea what they did the entire time I was there, but it wasn't the job I paid them to do. And the manager blows you off when you try to speak with him! Will definitely NOT be going there again!!! I'm glad I found out how horrible they are before I paid a couple hundred bucks for their top detail package. read more

I just moved here and read horrible reviews on the few places near me. Decided to drive just a little farther away for this place and I have zero regrets. The price was perfect. I chose the ultimate package. I drive three days out of the week to Mobile so bugs were stuck on my grill and they got them all off. They shampoo all the carpets and the car was spotless. By far the worst car wash. Not only for this area, but the entire state of Florida. They don't pay attention to detail. Wish I had known they were going to be that bad. Great wash! I've been to a lot of the car washes in the area and this one actually actually cleaned by car the best. I got the "wheels and wash" (or something like that) for $21, but they talked me into the bug scrub for $2 as well. Then, as I wasp suing I saw a sign for a special for $25 for hand wax. The interior, which included a while down, looked like it had been detailed and the exterior was flawless! Best wash I've had since moving to Florida 3 years ago. read more

Shame on me. I read the reviews here and on Google. I'd been warned and I came here anyway because I wanted to save $12. I should have saved myself the time and frustration. No attention to detail. No desire on management's part to make you feel valued as a customer. Bad communication, and just a bad job. I waited 3 days for an appointment. I got told (rudely) that I had to wait 2 hours for my car despite my appointment. I got a shampoo but my mats dropped sand all over my already poorly vacuumed seats. They said they'd vacuum everything, but everything does not include your console, cup holders, or even between the seats or under your seats. And they leave the trash from under your seats in your car for you to throw away. The lady at the front told me everything would be wiped down including my windows, but apparently she was wrong and I was under-charged so I got some weird service that I personally wouldn't even offer a blind person. For what I did supposedly pay for, the service here was under par as well. When I complained before I left, they did the bare minimum to get me out of there. I got home to find candy wrappers between my seats, sand under and around my back row seats, console exactly as I'd left it, and my mats not cleaned. I guess if you're one of the few places around and this busy, you don't have to care what the customer thinks. Signed new customer, not repeat customer. read more

Oh my gosh. This place is awful. They are so lazy. We got the wheels n wax plus the interior clean and condition. I'm not sure why it took them so long to accomplish so little. Windshield was streaked, door jambs still dirty, not fully vacuumed, still stuff in between the seats. Even the outside was still dirty!! They were closed today but I will be in tomorrow and hopefully they make it right. Also they have me a card for 20% off for stain removal an extra 49.99 because she said the stains were "severe". They were not. I removed them with na stuff brush hot water and oxyclean. Ridiculous. 52 bucks for something I could have done better at home. Never again. read more

They do a great job. I've gone here many times over the last couple years, and am almost always very happy with their work (super happy they always clean the brake dust off my wheels). They are fast and friendly. Along with my regular wash/vacuums I also have them wax my cars once a year. read more

First and foremost, my car is only covered with normal pollen, dust, and dirt I've been coming to Waterworx car wash for months and never had any issues until recently. I paid for the Ultimate plus 2 seats which came up to $57. It is under new management although it is understandable that they are trying to get used to their system of cleaning it is lacking quality. My car was cleared by the manager as being clean and done. As soon as I walked up to it all the inside doors were never wiped down, cup holders were still dirty, dashboard was never wiped down, and mirrors, windshield and windows still have water spots. I've pointed out (manager and the guy assigned) what still needs to be done but it seemed like the main concern was getting the car out of there. What normally takes about 50 minutes only took them 20 minutes. Fast but the quality of work was unacceptable. Save your time and money, go somewhere else. read more

HORRIBLE customer service. I tried Monday to get an appointment for it not to work out due to the weather (understandable). Then I called to reschedule-- weds they were too busy but said they could get me in Thursday at 11:30 if I leave my car there the afternoon. I was OK with that but when I showed up they were so extremely rude and said the lady I talked to did not write down the appointment in their books, (even though they knew of me and had the handwritten note about me) they absolutely could not see me. The workers did not even have the decency to come out of the back office to explain this to me. They absolutely made it seem like it was my fault that I had tried for the 3rd time in ONE week to get their services. This was the first time I tried and the last; that is close to $200 on my husband's vehicle and $200 on mine that they lost out on. SO rude and didn't even care that I was upset or that they lost business!!! NEVER go here! read more
