There's also no drying option provided. For the price, I expected a basic, functional wash, but even after running two full cycles, my car was still dirty. Poor service, poor quality, and not worth the money. Edit: Whoever was doing maintenance was super nice and just so happened to be fixing the leaking hose.

Let me say, the service menu is user friendly, and the variety services are reasonably priced. You even have the option to use a gift card or type in a promotional code. I have seen where one of the technicians will walk over, and help the driver navigate the menu on the screen, but the young man working must have been quite busy as I only saw one actually walk the lots and putting in work so I understood. Besides, contrary to my youngest son's opinion of my technological ineptitude, I can actually operate most modern day technology with ease - perhaps I will exhibit a few emotional outbursts, but I can get the job done while only slightly cursing like a Sailor. After your sudsy adventure through the self guided, cleaning tunnel, you are given the access to their specialized tools for more advanced detailing. This will ensure the inside of your vehicle is just as polished as the outside. Rest assured if the inside does not match the outside, you will eventually be found out! Excellence is an attainable standard. At Otto's they offers black, microfiber towels for the the drip drops and to knock the dust off if necessary. The hoses stretch and rotate well, and you are privy to different types of hose attachments. Depending on which direction you park; one attachment can be used for the larger, flat surfaces. The other attachment is great for the angles and the intricate details. Also made available is a machine you are able to put your floor mats through so as to rid the carpeting and fabric of the crumblies your ankle biters or fury critters may have deposited in the carpet,. The sand here on the Emerald Coast is unique and doesn't stick too badly if it's not wet, but of course sand tends to get in all the unmentionable crevices of your car so it's great to be able to be so thorough. In Fl, if you aren't careful the salt air and love bugs will do a number on a decent paint job. I was relieved to discover a bottle of cleaner which I'm assuming was window cleaner, I also used it to shine up my tires, clean the rims, and wipe off a few scuff marks. A friend helped purchase this set of tires, so I try to be mindful of their usefulness and what a generous blessing they have turned out being. I also used the spray to get a few residual bugs off the hood & grill. Keeping her clean and shiny helps me notice all the new door dings and scrapes she must have picked up without my knowledge. I couldn't imagine hitting someone's car & avoiding making them aware, but alas I discovered a few yesterday. Hopefully my insurance will help cover the few boo boos that have popped up on Stella unannounced. Take your time in the detailing area as the parking lot is well lit. For those of us with borderline obsessive compulsive type tendencies, paying attention to detail is a joy rather than a character flaw. It is good thing to commit yourself to whatever the task is at hand and work as unto the Lord. Besides, a little sweat, hard work, and elbow grease is good for my Soul. (Again - pardon the pun!) My Dad always told me, "if you have no pride in your ride - leave it outside!" Over the years I've revised my take away on the meaning behind that sentiment. Now, I look forward to taking care of my little Soul named Stella. We've been through a lot together in this past year as co-owner with my father. She has definitely been "rode hard and put up wet" so to speak, but Stella is special to me because my father helped me purchase her. Years ago I had a charismatic NCO from the beautiful state of AL teach me a few things as a new service member arriving to my first duty station in Germany about the fine art of vehicle cleanliness. Recently, my dad took the time to give me a few refresher tips in case all the years of motor pool Mondays didn't drill a long list of proper preventative care and maintenance steps into my head. The protocols aren't too much different for privately owned vehicles but the intentionality behind paying attention to detail is similar, and the motivation is changed a bit. Truthfully, my father has been instrumental in helping purchase 3 vehicles throughout my life, and I now see it as an honor to take care of the things I've been blessed with as they help support and take care of me. So sorry that modern cars have cameras and sensors in the bumper! The attendant was working alone at the time, and told me so afterward and said he rushed me through because he was frazzled. Do NOT take your car through Otto's. If it is damaged, they'll give you a hard time, even though we all know they carry business insurance for this very reason. You'll be hearing from my attorney.
