Well that same compressor went out and they are trying to charge us $2,886 to fix it under warranty and $320 in trip and diagnostic fees to fix a compressor that is under warranty. "Mike" the manager would not break out the $2,886 for us because he knows this price is a total rip off. This is after they came out last week and said it was a bad contactor and starting cap and they wanted over $600 to repair $31 worth or parts. Their family is only there to serve their family.
