I was having trouble with the low register on a tuba that I had recently purchased from another…read moreparty. Based on recommendation from a friend, I took it to the Horn Hospital for a cleaning and checkout. They did an excellent job on cleaning and more importantly, they identified and fixed a vertical valve alignment issue which was causing the low register issue. The horn now plays amazingly well. I trust and highly recommend these guys to give a fair evaluation and perform quality work.

They even showed me step by step what to do if it happens again. We were lucky, when he saw the error code and what it was doing he knew what was wrong. And told me what to do to keep from it happening again. He said that way it will save you money and you can do it yourself.
