(2) the framing around the fireplace floor - we had a new facade placed in, but the framing was not done (leaving a gap between the floor and the fireplace tiling). Sam was very meticulous in his approach (made sure there were not any gaps that could possibly injure our 17-month old who plays in the living room), and delivered on the project.
