I was also treated extremely rudely through the entire application process after mentioning I was using subsidy. I expected more from this company based on all of the good reviews but I was treated horribly from start to finish. When I mentioned that they violated certain housing laws, the owner finally reached out to try and minimize litigation by offering a "Re-Do" after I was originally told to basically "Get Lost". I couldn't imagine all the issues I would have being managed by this company so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Based on my horrible, stressful and discriminatory experience dealing with the owner and office staff I cannot recommend using SRE company.
