I was a model tenant for 2 years. The owner of the home I leased in Woodside, CA, died and negotiatong a few extra months with Sammi/the heirs of the property beyond my lease end, was antagonistic to say the least. They decided to sell the property, no problem with that, but #sammimoserwingo , greedy b**ch that she is raised my rent $300 at lease end for a few extra months- THAT was so unacceptable and unwarranted. Sammi is petty, inept, greedy and unprofessional. She pointed out "a hair" in the shower and stated that the house was not clean after I had spent $500 to hire 2 cleaners upon move out. She disputed the fact that I paid the cleaners cash (via Zelle with a screenshot) and she said that she required an invoice. Then she subtracted $675 from my deposit for "window cleaning". The house is 100 yeard old, some things never look clean, like wood framed windows on wood tracks. This #dwmproperties employee is petty, greedy inept and extremely unprofessional because she took basic business negotiatons and advocacy for one's rights (mine as a model tenant) personally and stooped to retaliatory action with my depost refund subtracting $675 for cleaning. Furthermore, curtains and curtain rods left behind, plants left behind, she said she would have the heirs reimburse me for leaving them behind because the beautifued the property. Liar, self-serving, petty, inept "professional". I guess she was desperately, at the cost of a model tenant's standing in the scope of things, trying to secure the listing of the property.

The agent who showed us the apartment was rude and unprofessional from the beginning. The worst part was the application process. I was the first person to apply, but nobody ever called me with an update. Every few days I had to call them myself. Each time they asked for one more document instead of telling me everything they needed at once. First it was my proof of income, then my wife's income, then tax documents, then more paperwork. This went on for days and wasted a lot of my time. If they had asked for everything at the beginning, the process would have been much easier. Also, the application fee is non-refundable even if you don't get the apartment. I do not recommend this company. Poor communication, unprofessional service, and a very frustrating experience.

Maintenance: Each time their team has been really responsive to my requests and have taken care of problems thoroughly with follow up before and after. Overall, everyone I have worked with at Intempus, from the leasing agent (e.g. Lawrence Zuniga) to the maintenance team (e.g. Roberto) have been really great. So my confusion was why I had to be the one to reach out and her not tell me anything. So I reloaded the paystubs again to which they didn't go through again for some reason. I asked her if there was any other way I could send them or if there was anything else I could do on my end to help, no response. I followed up the next day to see if there was a solution we can agree on and yet again, no response. I had called or emailed on multiple occasion for different reasons with no response from Irene. Even though I was on top of my application status, Irene failed to care and I ended up having to stay at a friends place because my lease came to an end and because of Irene's lack of responding.
