Located on the main drag in a beautiful building this gift shop is packed with treasures. The owner, or at least who I presume was the owner, was very welcoming and conversational. I already can't wait to go back . . . and it seriously might be tomorrow!

The website made it super easy to order, and their communication was awesome--got updates when the driver was on the way and when dumpsters were dropped off and picked up. Super helpful when you're managing a big project. Pricing was also better than a few other dumpster rental companies in the Salisbury/Wicomico County area that I checked with. If you need a roll-off dumpster for a cleanout, renovation, or property prep, I'd definitely recommend them!

Dumpster Rental Experience: From day 1 speaking with Gary was non-stop rudeness. But I ignored it…read morebecause everyone can have a bad day! He explained that It would be my responsibility to remind him when 15 days were up and when to pick up the dumpster. I called him on Wednesday, Sept 11 for pick up. He stated he would pick up the next day. He did not pick on Thursday. On Friday, Sept 13, Gary called me around 8 a.m. and stated he was trying to pick up the dumpster but one of the residents was blocking the angle he needed to get in. He said, "You better call your tenants to move their car and you better hurry up because I don't have time to wait. I asked him to describe the car, he did and I contacted the resident. I called Garry back and asked if he could pull it from a different direction. His voice got louder and he screamed no. He again said, You're tenant better hurry and get out here and If I have to come back you're getting charged a fee because I don't have all day and I have guys to pay. I kindly asked him what his fee would be several times as he NEVER explained about an additional pick up fee. I asked 4 times what the fee would be. He never said what it would be. I then said you're raising your voice, which he was and being rude. Gary then says, I'LL SHOW YOU RUDE AND I'LL DUMP THIS F*CKING SH*T RIGHT ON THE GROUND AND REFUND YOUR MONEY. He then hung the phone up on me before I had an opportunity to respond to his cursing and yelling. When I arrived at the property I expected to find a huge pile of trash scattered everywhere, but the dumpster was removed. I just received a statement with a EXTRA $225.00 charge for not being able to pick up when he first arrived. Mind you, Gary never gave me a pick up time of when he would be coming. Not even a window of a pick up time. (Exp between 8-12) That way I could be there to ensure there were no issues. I never signed a contract that stated there would be an extra charge. He nor his wife stated this. I ran a successful business for 23 yrs with 9 different locations & sold to a private equity company and this is not how you do business or treat customers. The YELLING & CURSING is unprofessional and uncalled for. I will be filling something with my bank and I would not recommend doing business with someone who doesn't provide a written or verbal contract outlining additional charges they could "possibly charge". They did let me know if the container was overweight when picked up there could be a charge, but never a $225.00 inconvenience pick up fee! Please check other companies before doing business with Gary at Yard Works Plus! Cursing at someone is truly unacceptable.
