Poor business practices. Failure to communicate and lack of accountability. I uploaded all…read morerequested documents only to find out they had not been sent to the actual company Bristol West Insurance. My insurance goes up $70. Once I noticed the increase I immediately called Bristol West adjusted my future payments and state Velox remove the $70 fee. They refused although the error was corrected 2 weeks prior yo payment being do. I politely addressed my concern and instead the agent kept regurgitating the fact they lowered future payments to what was orginally quoted. This to me is poor business practice.

I called to pay my Insurance that was late, only to discover that it was time to renew. He said that it would be 580.00, I said is it time to reinstate, and he said yes. I said Oh, he then said that I could drop the full coverage, not asking me if that was what I wanted to do. He put me on hold and did the calculation and came bake and gave me that quote. I said Oh no I need full coverage, then in a very angry voice he said I was just trying to help you out, you don't have 500.00 to pay and right now you don't have insurance , if you have that you could go to Kroger, or you can drive illegal.
