I called to pay my Insurance that was late, only to discover that it was time to renew. He said that it would be 580.00, I said is it time to reinstate, and he said yes. I said Oh, he then said that I could drop the full coverage, not asking me if that was what I wanted to do. He put me on hold and did the calculation and came bake and gave me that quote. I said Oh no I need full coverage, then in a very angry voice he said I was just trying to help you out, you don't have 500.00 to pay and right now you don't have insurance , if you have that you could go to Kroger, or you can drive illegal. I was so surprise, I said excuse me and he replied "piss off" and hang the phone up on me. When is it that people talk to customers like this.
