From the very beginning, Dana and her team were incredible to work with--accommodating, patient, responsive, and genuinely kind. Planning a large event can be stressful, but they made the entire process easy and enjoyable. A special shout-out to Mazie, Paige, and Linda for their exceptional bartending service. They were friendly, attentive, and helped make the celebration even more enjoyable for our guests. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are stunning, the views are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The guest rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The golf course was outstanding as well. Trevor and his team went above and beyond throughout the weekend, constantly checking in to see if there was anything we needed and making sure our guests were taken care of. Their hospitality was exceptional. What sets Maplewood apart is the feeling you get the moment you walk through the door--you instantly feel at home. The people, the service, the scenery, and the overall experience are second to none. I highly recommend Maplewood Golf Resort for weddings, family celebrations, reunions, golf outings, or any special event. From tee to green this course is in amazing shape. Absolutely pristine. Tee boxes are perfect, fairways are plush and the greens roll consistently true for all 18 holes. We were met by the Head Professional upon arrival who was more than welcoming and friendly. This Donald Ross course is a gem and the Super and his crew treat it at so. Great course, great staff. If your are anywhere near the Mount Washington Valley, the Mount Washington Golf Course is a must play.

I booked 3 rooms for my fiancée and her bridal party for 1 night in August and they had issues with multiple rooms being ready on time. Their check-in was supposed to be 4:00 pm and by that time only one of the rooms was ready, they were told by the front desk that they had "no timeline" on when the others would be ready and available. By about 7:00 pm a second room was ready and available but still no word on the 3rd. It took until 11:30 pm for the front desk to provide keys to the 3rd room and when the girls went to bring their belongings there was already a random man settled into the room and he immediately became confrontational and threatening towards the bridal party, assuming they were in the wrong room and he attempted to intimidate them to make them leave. When they went back down to the front desk the staff couldn't have cared less and admitted to giving this man the wrong key to the wrong room while refusing to take any ownership for the error otherwise. They simply shrugged their shoulders and told the girls to go tell him to leave and come to the front desk... This leaves a huge stain on what was supposed to be a really nice weekend spa trip for my fiancée and her bridal party, to screw up 2/3 rooms for one night and put them in such a precarious position so late at night is completely unacceptable and incredibly disappointing considering the prices guests pay to stay here. There were 2 weddings booked at the hotel for the weekend and there were many other guests who had issues with their room reservations and I'm sure it was a chaotic/stressful weekend for the hotel staff; however, if you don't have the proper staff to handle multiple weddings in a weekend maybe don't overbook and force the guests to suffer from management's lack of preparation for these large events.

The gold attendant was a little rude when we were there when we walked on without calling to reserve on a Friday and we think he just was doing it more because he was annoyed at us but other than that little hiccup, definitely check this little place out. I also lived that other golfers were not right on top of us giving amateurs like me the heeby jeebies with people watching my hook or slice. Nick gave our kids a very warm welcome and handed them all super nice kids welcome bags. He was also the last person we saw when we left and he did a great job, super friendly! The resort has plenty of outdoor areas for the kids to run around and get some energy out. The indoor pool was perfect for kids. Only went up to 4 ft and there was a 1.5 ft wading area for the babies. There is a toy store on site in case you want to get the kids something. Of course the arcade was a huge hit for our kids. All of our meals were wonderful. We had the best servers. Elena, Peter, Dilek were awesome. Elena made us feel so special and treated me and my mother in law so well! Adam was super helpful and always hustlin around the covered porch area. After the kids were asleep we were able to sneak out to the Conservatory bar (beautiful views of the mountains) and Ben made delicious drinks. What we experienced instead was an absolute disgrace. When we opened the curtains of our expensive suite, we were greeted not by the majestic White Mountains, but by garbage cans, dumpsters, HVAC units, and an unsightly service/utility yard. At no point during booking or check-in was it disclosed that our high-tier family suite would overlook the hotel's back-of-house trash operations. When we brought this to management's attention, expecting basic empathy and a reasonable resolution, the response was shockingly dismissive. The staff was completely unaccommodating, and the manager was entirely unempathetic and uncooperative. Rather than trying to make things right or move us to a acceptable room, the manager blatantly told us that if we didn't like our accommodations, we could always just check out. To add insult to injury, after making us feel thoroughly unvalidated and ignored, the manager offered a insulting token compensation: waiving a single night's $50 resort fee on a stay costing over $800 per night. This stay was a complete and total disappointment. The quality of the accommodations and the terrible attitude of management were completely inconsistent with Omni's reputation and nowhere near worth the price we paid. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values its guests.

There was two tee boxes per hole and a few holes that were surprisingly tricky. At hole 3 theres this great brook that runs by the property adding to the relaxing vibe. There was a huge bus full of old clubs the owner let my friend borrow some so he could play a round with us. Rocky the owner told us he built the place by hand over the last 20 or so years, and has quite a few interesting stories from its history. We really enjoyed the spot!
