It was just thick enough and delicious! The chips were crispy, light and very lightly salted. The guacamole is outstanding! Best I've ever had!! We decided to share a carne asada quesadilla. Glad we shared because it was big! Lots of cheese...lots of meat. We wrapped it up with churros. They have caramel goo in the middle and are served warm. I didn't like goo and squeezed it out. All the other diners were friendly so it was comfortable for two tourists who stumbled in based on a Yelp review. Isaiah welcomed us and told us the story of the place. I can excuse that though because WOW it's maybe some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. I ordered the chickpea chorizo burrito. It was so well flavored. It had rice and beans as well as the chickpea chorizo, alongside some veggies. I really appreciated that they had an extensive vegan menu. I will definitely be back to try other items!! Only con to me was that the salsa was not my favorite, but it was still delicious!
